Not sure i would return but loved all the staff
Service was excellent! Antonio and Alberto at the pool were A#1. Resort was very clean Rooms had thin walls and dated. Do not get VIP package. It was a joke! Food was fair. Overall it was a great family vacation with lots of memories. Pool needs repair. Tiles missing. Grandson cut his toe

June vacation
Great food, great restaurants selection, great entertainment, fun activities, helpful and friendly staff. Be aware June is sargassum season. Staff worked hard to remove. They did a good job. Shallow and calm water. All rooms seem to be facing the ocean. Visit: Last week of June Weather: sunny and cloudy at times, but 80+ degrees

It just so so
Upon check in we wanted to be closer to family who arrived before us. They had to be moved because of a bed issue. They were put in a balcony room for no additional fee. We arrived and wanted to be closer to them. The rate for us started at $500 then $400 finally settled on $350. The ice cream is inside. Should be outside so dripping wet kids don’t have to run inside on tile floor to get a cone. And it’s only open til 10. Getting reservations for Hibachi was a no go for us. The app kept giving me an error message. You have to be on ur phone at 3:15 to try and get one. The buffet for dinner was always a theme. Not just regular options for dinner. The steak was the best meal we had there. Housekeeping was great. We had turndown service for 3 of the 5 nights there. The water in the shower is either HOT or COLD never was just warm. All in all we had a good time but probably wouldn’t stay here again

A Mixed Experience – Great Moments, But Property Needs Updating
We recently stayed at this resort and overall had an enjoyable time, though there were a few drawbacks. The service at the Preferred Club beach area stood out, thanks to our attentive server, Sergio. We also had a fantastic experience at the hibachi restaurant, Himitsu, where our chef, Baker, made the evening truly special. The food at the hibachi table, which was prepared fresh, was excellent. We can’t speak to the rest of the food at Himitsu, as we only had the hibachi. However, the property itself could use some updates. The pool had missing tiles, and the beach umbrellas were worn out. The rooms and bathrooms felt dated and could have been cleaner. As for the food overall, it wasn’t great. There were a few highlights, especially anything made fresh, like the omelet bar at breakfast, the crepes, and the hibachi, but in general, the food could definitely be improved. In summary, this resort has some good service in certain areas and plenty of activities, but if you’re looking for updated accommodations and consistently good dining, you may want to consider other options.

A solid vacation spot, if the price is right
The resort is nice and a slice of paradise. The preferred club isnt worth the money in my eyes. There were also some missteps, but it was a solid vacation. I would consider it again, but would probably not book again.
