50th anniversary celebration.
We enjoyed our 50th anniversary that we celebrated. We loved the hotel, the location, the Luau, the boat cruise. The food we had a great time. Thank you.

Ideal location!
This hotel location is hard to beat for the price! We had a one-bedroom suite, and the view was outstanding. My two young boys slept on the pull out couch and my husband and I had the room. This gave everyone plenty of space. It's a good resort for families and the kids meal options are great. We saw a turtle right off of the beach and some of the most spectacular sunsets. I'd highly recommend this resort!

Go elsewhere, this barely is barely hovering at 4.1
Some of the staff are very helpful in person, Stacey is great. You have to beg to get extra towels (see 3 requests for towels attached). If they actually had towel hooks it would be easier to manage towels, but you have to hang them over the toilet which is worse than Motel 6 (see attached). Many requests to have room cleaned. We are told via text every other day (see attached), but now it's every 3rd day in their public response on google. We are now on day 5, who knows, we've accepted 3rd world service. Food and restaurant are awful, see other customer reviews. They rip you off at any given moment. Pay 300+ per night, now pay $40 per day for self parking. Want an umbrella? That's $75 per day and ours blew away down the beach into the ocean, no apologies. Total scam of a resort. Go ahead and spend the extra money to stay somewhere where the mgmt knows what they are doing. I suspect the owner wants 5 star reviews/service, but does not give mgmt the budget and staff to do so.

Beautiful Resort and awesome staff, Whalers Village is in walking distance but there’s a free shuttle to take you as well.
