Palladium Jamaica 2025
Everything was excellent. My only con was a shuttle service. It was totally on point. Most times it didn't come through the accommodations. Safe, the whole facility wishes to excellent. Enjoyed entertaining shows at theater. Hibachi was excited and tasty.

Don't Stay at Palladium Resorts
Overall, beautiful resort and beach. The bartenders are great but the restaurant staff is miserable. The BINGO is a scam. The lady who was selling the $10 tickets (we bought 4, my group 17 total) said the prize money could be used at the Spa or the gift shop. My son won the first and last prize... $300 and we couldn't cash it in for prizes. The resort desk said they have never seen the rewards money before. They probably tell everyone that so you can't cash it in. When you ask for a Manager, they always tell you the manager is in a meeting. We then tried guest relations and they said we could only use it for the spa, but we were leaving the next morning at 8:30. The gift shop said we couldn't use it there because its a 3rd party vendor. The lady who sold us the tickets lied to us. There were over 200 people at the BINGO and nobody could cash in their winnings so they made a lot of money. They can't guarantee the room you paid for. We paid for ocean view with 2 double beds and received a king with a pull out couch for my 2 teenagers. They told us we could downgrade to a garden room but won't be reimbursed what we paid for a ocean view room. We only got reservations to 2/5 nights because the restaurants were booked. We stopped by the restaurants to see if we could get in and they got us in. All the restaurants were empty. They could have gotten all 17 of us in a rest. every night. We feel they close up the rest. so they push people to the buffet for dinner to save money. We will not go back to a Palladium resort but definitely back to Jamaica.

Palladium resort and spa review
We had a great time. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Grounds are beautiful. Food was good. Only complaint is availability at specialty restaurants.

Fun fun fun
Just returned home from a wonderful vacation at GP. Visited for a family Bday party. The grounds were always clean and the rooms were well kept. I’d like especially thank Kadedra Buchanan for her wonderful customer service. Was having a bit of a challenge with my room and she expeditiously resolved the problem. I’d like to also shout out the chef that cooked at my cousins 55th bday party held on property. The oxtail, potatoe salad…everything was delicious. The bartenders also kept the drinks flowing and made some awesome mixed drinks! Thanks Grand Palladium Proud Guest, Christina Deans

Great time
The hotel was really nice. I love the pool, it was huge and not too deep. But hate that it closed at 0630pm. The food was good, but they need a little more of their local food on the menu. If you looking for Adult only resort, this is not it.
