This was our 3rd stay at Secrets Cabo. Every time we visit our expectations are exceeded by all of the workers. From the time we arrived we were made to feel as though we were at home. Our room was clean, everything worked, and we have no complaints over food. A few standout employees that should be noted: 1. Mani & Charlie in Himitsu (Hibachi tables). They are hilarious! They clearly both love their job and putting on a good show. Their personalities made our dinner so special. They both have a great sense of humor! 2. Rubin sever at the main pool. He was always on-point! He checked on me everytime he came back to our side of the pool. Always asking if I needed anything. We talked about Mariachi songs, he gave me his recommendations. His service was exceptional! 3. Pablo bartender at El Patio. He was on vacation when we first arrived but luckily we were able to see our all time favorite bartender 2 days before we left. He is the most genuine person at the resort. He is kind. He is precise with his drinks and most of all he is funny! I was so sad to say bye to Pablo when we had to leave. He always makes us perfect drinks. He truly cares about his customers. Go visit him at El Patio bar. It's a hidden gem that no one really knows about. It's like having your own private bartender. #1 bartender at Secrets right here!!! 4. Serge bartender at El Patio and by the pool. He's the guy with the tattoos on his arm. He is precise! When I get my drinks I like consistency. He is just like Pablo. He takes care in his work and wants to make you happy. I highly recommend finding him when you are there! 5. Jose Barrios and Daniel Jimenez from the Concierge. These 2 guys will do anything to make your trip perfect! They set up a perfect private romantic dinner for my husband and I. They even coordinated a mariachi band for us. All of their planning was exactly what I was looking for. Please go to these 2 if you need anything. I highly recommend them! They will do anything to satisfy what you are looking for.

Out of body experience.
Secrets Resort and Spa was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend you visit the spa and get a massage. You will truly have an out of body experience. The was friendly and the service was superb.

Incredible food! Incredible Entertainment team!
Food at Seaside Grill for lunch everyday was impeccable. The Octopus, Tunatartare, incredible service. On the entertainment team side, David, Lucas and Lorenna are some of the most incredible engaging staff at the resort. An absolute delight to engage with them and truly made this trip unimaginable for me and my guest. Hat's off to the entertainment team!

Great place
Great time all around for personal vacation with my girlfriend. Enjoyed the pool side room. Clean and well managed. Bars and drinks were well made. Will be returning when available. The resort was beautiful and landscaping managed very well. Enjoyed every minute.

Great Time at Secrets
Firstly, I feel resort experience is all about expectations. If you are expecting a wild party destination, you will be disappointed. My spouse and I are in our early 30s, I was looking for some luxury, some peace and relaxation, and a bit of fun. With my expectations, I was blown away. The people here are the best- Lorena, Ivan, and Christopher with the entertainment team (don’t miss the volleyball)! Are some of the best people I have ever met. Just about every person on staff here was above and beyond. Fernando, the bartender down at the beach, makes amazing drinks, and would have a fresh drink already being made as I was walking up to the bar. Food was solid- some things were amazing, some things were alright, in comparison to a 300 dollar meal, they are lacking, but for all inclusive, solid. Don’t miss the Teppanyaki - Charlie was a ton of fun, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. Cleanliness is the best I have seen- every restaurant, every bathroom regardless of location, all the grounds, all meticulously cleaned. Housekeeping did a wonderful job on taking care of our room as well
