The hotel grounds were fine. Heated pool was very nice. Entertainment team was the highlight. Alicia and Ivan were extremely friendly and engaging with all customers. Kudos to them! Our disappointment was related to the food. No reservations allowed unless you were a preferred members. Very long lineups to then be given a buzzer and then wait again, some nights up to 2 hrs. Food was mediocre at best. Portofino was however very decent. We had a swim up pool with an ocean view that turned out to be a volleyball court view or a wedding ceremony exactly when you want to chill in your room. We were so closed to the event that we could have been part of the speeches.

Lovely grounds. Nice staff. Comfy rooms. No swimming in the ocean at this resort. If you want to smoke a cigar/cigarette there are very few options. Food was o.k. Very relaxing resort. Very clean and the setting is beautiful.

Best most relaxing resort I’ve been to. Everything was amazing. We came for our friends 40th birthday and were showered with birthday wishes the whole trip. The rooms were beautiful, the food was spectacular, and the staff is 10/10, Ivan, Alicia, Rebecca, Christopher and Sexy Charlie made our trip phenomenal with the fun activities and events they put on, they became friends by the end of the trip!! I highly recommend this resort to couples looking to reconnect, recharge and enjoy top notch service and accommodations.

Best resort, attentive staff, and amazing food.
We had an absolutely amazing time at Secrets Puerto los cabo. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The rooms all had amazing views. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The pool was amazing. Mirna always went out of her way to make us comfortable in our cabana. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious. All the restaurants were amazing. The hostess Elizabeth at the buffet was very kind and helpful. The chef Eduardo always made the best breakfast. The gerente Eloy and our sever Araceli, Anali and Irving were very attentive to family and I. We loved our time here.

Best staff ever!
We had to best trip! Amazing staff! In Market place, we fell in love with Eloy, Maribel! And of course Hostess Elizabeth! Hats off to excellent food Chef Eduardo Gustavo!! Also Oceano! Breakfast was excellent! We had amazing staff as well. Manager Karen, Chef Alberto (love his chicken tinga burrito) Hostess Carla and Anna were so sweet! Also Dulce. At the preferred pool our waiter Miguel was on top of it!! Thanks again for the best trip. We are booking again for May! Our UVC rep Araceli is the best! Thank you for all of your assistance! We have been coming to this resort since it opened. We love our memebership!
