Great resort and friendly people. All around a great experience. Can’t wait to return sometime. The food is good and drinks keep coming. Played a lot of tennis which was a lot of fun too. Recommend to anyone visiting.

May 31, 2023Dirty, Raw Chicken & Filth
Avoid at all costs !!!! Construction with no warning, blocked out views. Raw Chicken made us both ill for days. Rude staff, activity pool disturbing people sunbathing throughout the entire day with activity no one wants to take part in. Absolutely disgustingly dirty resort, pools are not treated and cleaned, Check your shower heads ours had maggots inside the tubes After all our issues and illness the hotel eventually advised that our booking agent would refund our stay, to only return home and they denied what they agreed !!! Appalling management and customer service

The resort was beautiful and very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Dreams side was more for families and the Secrets side was more adults/couples, however it did seem as though the entertainment was shared between the two resorts which I did not like. Overall our stay was great. Also, try to avoid the timeshare presentations at all costs.

What a getaway, very relaxing even though there for business reasons
People ultimately are what makes a place extra special. Hugo who worked at the Carnival at Dreams Vallarta Bay was one of those people, definitely went the extra mile when a friend & I were asking for extras. He was quick and prompt, doing more than what we asked him to do. I had difficulties with registration (not their fault; some banking issues) and Julia who worked registration was a big help--very thankful for her also.

Dreams & Secrets do come true!
We stayed at Dreams, but ended up getting a pass to go to Secrets because of a room issue,mis communication. They offered that to us. We could use pool and eat over on that side! It was the way to go. The food @ Dreams was only ok. Secrets was better, over all food was just ok to me. I will say I am picky!! However we had a Butler who was amazing, made the trip well worth it Jose Becerra the Butler was over the top with such kindness, helpful & basically did it all. From making reservations to anything & everything. What a guy as well as Carlos Miranda. I will definitely seek him out again next year!! The rooms were good, we weren't in there a lot! EVERYONE WAS always so helpful & friendly I wish they would bring all their kindness to the world, they hold high standards! P.s. Never do tge 90 minute time share gig its a waste of time & rip off!!! Thanks Dreams & Secrets for an amazing week!!!
