Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policy - Bookings in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. of the remaining nights.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Great experience to stay at Iberostar Grand Bávaro. Nice hospitality, clean rooms, good food at all the restaurants. Many thanks to our wonderful butler Victor. He works so hard to accommodate us with any requests. If you want to spend time in paradise you should come to Iberostar Grand Bavaro!

Iberostar grand Bavaro the best!
Our 6th time at the resort! Love the pool beach and restaurants could not ask for a better experience staff are the best throughout the resort however special shout out to Melissa and noami at the galeon restaurant who were fantastic

Great Vacation in Punta Cana
I'm leaving from Iberostar Grand Bavaro today. I really enjoyed myself. This is my 3rd Iberostar Grand resort that I've stayed at and out of the 3 I've been to this is my 2nd favorite with my first favorite still is Iberostar Grand in Jamaica (I've stayed at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica and also Iberostar Grand Paraiso in Riviera Maya, Mexico as well). The service overall was excellent. There were some hiccups with dinner reservations but it was quickly resolved. The main reason why I have continued to stay at Iberostar Grand resorts is the excellent service, the amazing people, the amazing food quality and beautiful resorts. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back and recommend. One thing that I can tell that they are working to improve is the entertainment, which I wish they would have some later options and also use the indoor theater some times. You also have access to the sister properties as well. Big shout out to the lobby bartenders Bruno and Thomas who were excellent and kept everyone smiling. Shoutout to concierge Victor and Jean who were helpful during my stay with reservations, etc. Shoutout to the entertainment staff that had so much energy throughout each day. Shoutout to the awesome restaurant and buffet staff (too many to name) that were very attentive, very nice and always went out of their way to make sure my lunch and dinner experiences were amazing and that I was taken care of. I will be back.

Anniversary getaway/ birthday celebration
Our stay was just short Words can not express how amazing was our stay the staff was fantastic rooms were clean food amazing!! We definitely coming back!! Roberto, victor, Carlos, amerlin , Franklyn, Johnny and the ones that I cant remember their name! Thank you 😊 made us feel like family

First time at a Iberostar Grand Resort
Best experience so far in a grand resort. The hospitality was amazing friendly staff. Food was amazing. You can choose from 5 different restaurants and the buffet. Crystal clear water with a beautiful beach. Everyone was so nice and attentive to any of our needs. We had 2 butlers Victor / Robert and they were amazing. Anything we needed they were there for us.
