My husband & I went here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!! We will definitely be going back here again soon!! This was our first trip to Cancun but definitely not our last one!! If your looking for a Secrets Resort this one is top notch!!

Nov 28, 2023Enjoy lots of things, except swimming in the sea
It's a great place to stay if you're not planning swimming in the sea. Very nice service, good food, excellent entertainment and great pool, however there are very poor swimming conditions in the sea.

Secrets never disappoints!
Where to begin. Service is over the top! Food was phenomenal every where we went breakfast lunch and dinner. One of the best spa experiences we have had so far and this is definitely not our first rodeo in that department. Waiters even served us in our swim out. But apparently that is only in building 2 so try to get that building. We will return soon and we normally don’t repeat resorts very often. Dinner staff even made us a flaming desert off the cuff on our last night to wish us well!

Wonderful Vacation
Like many other reviews here, I can't say enough good things about the staff at this resort. Based on the reviews that I read before I visited, I let Luis at the Preferred bar know that he was Tripadvisor famous and he was so flattered. His service and friendliness made every visit to the bar such a great time. Ask him to make you a chocolate martini or an angel's kiss - so yummy! Pascqual and his team at the buffet were so outgoing and welcoming that we looked forward to seeing him every morning at breakfast. Ambar was amazing helping us get back in to our room when housekeeping accidentally locked us out on balcony (we were back in within less than 3 minutes with her help). The employees are make this resort special and worth visiting. It is pricey but I think it's worth it for the luxury you get to experience.

Our Favorite Vacation!
Had the best time - gorgeous views, great room, non-stop food and drink, excellent entertainment and fun to have for all. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful and I don't think we can take another vacation without comparing it to this stay and it would be found lacking -- honestly the best time we have had in 25 years of family vacationing.
