We had a wonderful visit. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Our favorites were Gustavo and Luis. Entertainment staff was great. Many laughs. Overall we were very happy with the food options. Italian and Asian were very good. Would definitely recommend visiting and would consider staying again.

The entertainment staff is great. Roman and Luis are the best! Very friendly, very entertaining, and always in a good mood and make you feel very welcome! They will make sure to learn your name and talk to you everyday

BEST STAFF EVER
Roman and Louis and the whole Dreams entertainment team is amazing. They make you feel like family and pump up the whole crowd. Easily made our whole entire trip, would come back just to see them. I could not recommend this resort and the staff more!

Jun 03, 2023Maybe we came at a bad time but unless you paid $200 for special tables dinner took 1 1/2 hrs plus.
Entertainment director Luigi and Gohan host Elva truely only direct contact employees that made this feel like a vacation resort. Had swim up room preferred side was very nice room. Only downside was when pool closed u had to go all the way to 7th fl for preferred alcohol. Only restaurant I’d recommend is the Asian Cuisine as Elva was the hostess and by far the most attentative and the food came out fast and everything was delicious.

Can’t wait to go back!
This resort is absolutely amazing! It was our first time to this resort but we have been to other resorts in the Cancun area many times. The one person who really stood out to us at this resort was Luigi - entertainment director. He made us feel like family and like the resort was our second home. We looked forward to seeing him every day and he made sure to let us know of all the activities during the day and evening. There was so much to do and everyone in the family could participate. We were all very sad when we had to leave and are already planning our next trip back. The entire resort staff was exceptional! We can’t wait! Highly recommend this resort and all it has to offer!
