Everything was wonderful. Food was great and plenty of options. Staff was amazing across the board, front desk to swim up bar. Entertainment was so fun! Beach was relaxing and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back with the whole family!

Rooms: beds are terrible, pillows are few and paper thin, besides that, the rooms are ok. Pools: no shade in any of the big pools. Chairs in shade are reserved early in the morning , I would just pile up people's stuff if I hadn't seen them in 30 mins. You'll get drinks once an hour, and will take 30 mins to arrive after ordering. I'm pretty sure they have 1 person between all the pools. Italian restaurant was sad. Probably the worst Italian I have ever had. Steakhouse was surprisingly good. Didn't eat at the Japanese place but someone in our party left to goto the buffet so imagine it wasn't great. Solid 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for and it is very cheap. 1 hr can ride each way into town, spending nearly 2 hours round trip isn't my idea of a vacation. Would not stay here again.

Amazing holiday
What can I say. It’s an amazing hotel, from the start to finish nothing is too much trouble at all. Good food fantastic choice. Drinks all branded spirits ( you just ask for what you want ) entertainment program is fantastic, The management always out n about over seeing things My only negative is there could do with more toilets near the pool areas one block with 4. For the whole 3 / 4 pools isn’t enough We would love to come back

Our second time, impeccably clean throughout. We had a great room, junior suite. We travelled with TUI. I had a little bit of tummy issues, having to run to the loo - had to stay in close to the toilet a couple of days so couldn’t plan to go out of the hotel in a taxi anywhere when this was happening. Was always happy with the maid and the mini bar service. Drinks were fine and the entertainment was varied and some of it was great. Liked having a live band round the pool once per week. The food is varied there is a huge selection of food and lots of choice of where to eat. Since the hotel has been upgraded its decor is improved. We liked the Astoria bar the best. Maria is the best bartender and I thank her for the margaritas! It’s a shame I ate something that made me delicate, and I am off to Riu next year in Cancun so I still love the Riu chain and their standards.

Brilliant Hotels with very friendly staff, great relaxing break on the beach with plenty of entertainment both on and off the complex , , a place to relax during the day a party on a night ,,we will be back , this is not our first stay and will not be our last ,,
