Excellent Property but Poor Location
Check in excellent and the young girl who checked me in was so nice and upgraded me to a strip view. The hold at this hotel is $150 per night with a maximum of $600 which means you need a credit card with a high credit limit. The location is this hotels big weakness as it far away from the central strip where Caesars Palace and Bellagio are. The Fashion Show Mall is 0.8 of a mile but in the summer with 110f temperatures it feels further. The rooms at this property are beautiful and immaculate. The tv offers the opportunity to chrome cast from your phone and next to the bed you have power sockets, USB and USB-C ports and a charging pad on the alarm clock. The air conditioning is excellent and WiFi good. The view from my room was excellent and you could view the entire strip. The Hilton My Way benefits are $30 per day but now they convert that to a room credit and you can use it during your stay and doesn’t have to be used each day. That’s a great idea and new to the property I was told. You used to be able to view your bill on the tv but they appear to have removed that function which is disappointing. The bathroom is large and offers a shaving mirror but it’s not back lit. The furniture in the room and casino are of a high standard. The resort is not charging any resort fees at present which was a nice saving and think they hope to offer this until 11 September 2025 but I did view the Hilton app and they do charge resort fees on some days in July, August and September 2025 and assume this is when they have high occupancy and mainly at the weekend. I think the Vegas property that removes resort fees completely will take all the business in my opinion but not sure that’s going to happen and would take a bold innovative CEO to take the decision and not sure there is a CEO at any of the Vegas properties with the vision and courage to do that. I would give this property 5 stars but the location lets it down.

Awful place to stay
They advertise no resort fee but they won’t do anything if you do get charged a resort fee. For them keeping their resort fee is more important than a returning guest. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. The manager was unprofessional and was easily agitated when we informed her of the error.

Excellent stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Las Vegas at Resorts World. Check-in line was very long around 2:00pm but we were able to use the Hilton Honors line for Diamond members which had no one in line. The Front desk agent was very nice, professional, and answered all of our questions. Our room and the hotel overall was very clean. There were plenty of slots and parking was FREE for hotel guests and visitors. We did try the food court and the breakfast place Suns Out Buns Out, both were very good. We will come back!

Best Las Vegas Of My Life
My stay at Resorts World was the best. I loved the suite and the sofa bed was comfy. I loved the view, and everything else was amazing too. The dinner there is amazing. Like, amazing.

Do NOT get a pool or strip facing room!
As a local, I sometimes like to have a staycation on the strip. RW is offering no resort fee and free parking all summer long as to why I chose this resort. I'm personally a middle of the strip kind of gal, but decided to venture north. BIG MISTAKE. I checked in early and upgraded to a pool/strip view for an extra $35 a night and the club music does not stop all night long. I thought it was pretty loud during the day at their club pool which stopped around 5pm. The club music started sometime after I went to sleep after 10pm and now it is 1am and so much bass and thumping. So disappointing! Even with being on the 54th floor (out of 59 floors). I'm sure I'm cutting this trip from 3 nights to 1 night and cutting my losses. Food wise, for room service they expect you to use GrubHub app, but it is their own employees that bring food to you. Even then, the food places inside RW they have slim offerings from both venues and menu choosing. It would be better to just go down to their food hall and get something you actually want. The room itself is nice and clean. Average for what is on the strip. Kohler gold metal plumbing, which is a nice touch and large shower. RW does pump their fragrance throughout the casino and rooms pretty strong compared to other resorts, a little to powerful, which is aggravating my sinuses. I did notice some paint chipping away on the dresser, which should be touched up. There is a narrow mini fridge provided, but no microwave. If RW didn't play the club music of all hours of the day/night, it would be more worth it for me, but RW failed me as well as many others who have complained about the noise.
