    Overall good

Staff was amazing!!! Breakfast was a little let down from our experience with this chain. Parking was expensive and very confusing.

    Family Weekend Getaway

The hotel is 2 blocks from Amtrak. They offer a real breakfast buffet to include omelets made to order and great options for vegetarians. Finding the entrance is a bit tricky; it's found on the 11th floor. The Hyatt House is connected to the Hyatt Regency, providing you with some of the convenient accommodations, such as Starbucks onsite and a fine dining restaurant on the main floor on the Regency side. I could see both arenas (Caesars and Smoothie King) from my hotel window.

    peaceful and quiet

Love the promixity to public transport – bus, trams and airport bus! Couple of nice restaurants all withing walking distance. While it is in downtown, it is super quite and peaceful. The hotel was clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful. On checkout, I left behind my laptop and I was already at the airport about to catch my flight to another state. The team at reception promptly checked my room, and sent my laptop by Fedex. Will forever be grateful to the team – Elie, Ana, Tarya!

Super Experience at the Hyatt House in New Orleans

Outstanding customer service with every Hyatt House associate we encountered. Our questions/needs were consistently met with care and smiles. The hotel was immaculate no matter where we were. Such a great experience!

    Excellent stay!

The Hyatt House is conveniently located to the Smoothie King Center and Caesar's Superdome. Parking garage allows direct access to the Hyatt House and the charge is reasonable. Check-in was a breeze. The room (King) was spacious with a nice sized sofa, well appointed kitchenette and spacious bathroom. The room was very quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, potatoes, assorted bagels and cereals, yogurt with fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries), coffee, tea, juices and milk. All quite good.
