Hotel requires a credit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Guests are welcome to pay cash upon checkout, although a valid credit card must be provided upon check-in. Debit cards are accepted at the self-check in kiosks only. The use of an ATM/debit card will result in an immediate deduction from the attached available bank account balance (subject to banking institution policies).” Any security deposits or refunds will take anywhere from 7-10 business days depending on the bank.

Convention Policy:
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

    Awesome stay, got a room upgrade and was just really impressed across the board!

    Excellent stay, Anita who was a lovely guest services agent was super. She is really awesome, Harrah's is lucky to have her. She will be the reason I decide to book Harrah's in the future and will highly reccomond to everyone in my friends circle. Awesome hope!

    Noisy Room, Crazy shower, but Easy in and out Parking

    BAD ; LOUDEST slamming room doors we’ve EVER encountered in our lives ..!! Hard to get to sleep with doors slamming up and down the hallway. Also others guests could be heard talking/laughing/arguing in hallways at night .. Rooms not very soundproof at all. Shower—crazy half glass stall type so that water splashed out on floor.. always had to wipe up floor … GOOD: very convenient location on strip, parking garage access is really easy. You don’t have to carry luggage very far .

    Couldn't be more disapointed

    I've stayed at Harrah's for over 15 years. To start off with, they have lost touch with their customers. Employees have been replaced with Kiosks that make it a cold welcome to the Hotel. Forget an early check in or an upgrade without paying ridiculous fees or asking any questions that might make your stay a little more pleasant. Understanding that Covid may have changed a few things, however, you stay at the same hotel, because you enjoy the people, restaurants, gambling and the amenities. Let me say, what is left at Harrah's, after they have closed the Buffet, Toby Keith's and the Oyster Bar, all you have left is ridiculously long lines at a food court with Cafeteria grade food at best. Not to mention the astronomical prices charges for the sub-par food. Speaking of food, don't even try room service!! $14 to deliver the item IF YOU ORDER FROM THE SAME FOOD VENDER!!! If not, you'll pay $14 for the fries that cost $10 and another $14 for the $16 Salad. I understand a room delivery charge, but if you have six different food venders in your "Food Court" and that's the Only room service you offer, stop the ridiculousness!! there is no variety if you have to only order from one venue. If you enjoy a drink or two, make sure you go to a liquor store and stock your room, because for $15 a drink, you can buy an entire bar full at the same price. One other major disappointment, after a long night out enjoying a different hotel, we tried to get a late checkout on a Sunday. $70 Yes you saw it right!! $30 for an early check in before 4PM and $70 for a late check out. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SREVICE LEFT AT HARRAH'S. GREAT PEOPLEUNDER TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP HAVE WRECKED IT THERE. One more thing, don't ever try and call the front desk or concierge for anything. There is no one left to answer you call. I tried several times and was on hold for 15-20 minutes before I hung up. Harrah's used to be a fun warm exciting place to be. NOT ANYMORE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    Restful Night/ Late Check-Out Catastrophe

    Be very very careful when requesting a late check-out with this property. I called way in advance early in the morning and requested a late check-out and I was quoted $50. Around 2 p.m. I received a call that the maid wanted to get into the room and I was still in the room. I notified them I requested a late check-out and she said $75. I told her about my morning conversation she said for this one time okay $50. They charged my card $60. Once again Caesar's property do not practice reputable business practices. I had to learn the hard way.

    convenient and secured

    Excellent and secured. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and will come back again. The place was convenient to everything location, strips, food court, Walgreens, and easy access. I like the fact that the food court was around the corner when u get off the elevator for easy food purchase, also they offer free delivery at your door room which is convenient and awesome. The customer service of front desk was exceptional same as the house keeping who responds and provided your needs quickly. I will definitely come back and stay here.
