Check-in Policy: A valid credit card is required for incidentals deposit, to be authorized at check-in. Deposit amount will vary based on length of stay and will be released if no charges are made to the room (timing of release varies). Suites may require additional deposits. Pro : well located on the strip, clean rooms Nays : No mini-fridg in the room, cigarette smell (supposed to be a non-smoking room), long delays to check-in/check-out. Ramsay's kitchen restaurant is great (try his famous beef Wellington). A little bit expensive but worth it

Photos added. Elevator Problems + More
My wife and I stayed here during the Memorial Day Weekend. They have a huge problem with the elevators above floor 56 in the Mountain Tower. All three elevators went down. We had to use the housekeepers elevator twice with a call to security. Good thing I do not have panic attacks (I Do). The room was fine and clean. Many channels on the TV. Poor Internet (thanks to COX). Nice pool and gym. Nice casino, live keno, lounges, Race & Sportsbook. Big Elvis is GREAT! I have three more bookings at this hotel over the next few months, all in the Valley Tower (Thank God). Security said they can not fix the elevators, because of parts (that are currently being custom made). TIP: Do not book the Mountain Tower above floor 56. Many photos added. The staff is excellent. Fantastic location on the Strip. Fix the elevators.

I had a great experience.
The experience was great. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. I am coming back in November of 2023. I shared the experience with family and friends. If any promotions are offered I love to have them.

May 30, 2023This place is dirty!!!
What a mess! $60 to check in st 2pm instead of 4pm. On a Tuesday, Even though I'm platinum player. Give my bag (1) to bell. Check-in at 5. Room is dirty. Glass rings on enables, Dirty rag streaks on glass, hairs in my bed, hairs on the floor, sticky floor like it was mopped with soda... oh, than I waited 30 min for my bag (1) so I called down to bell again.. tbeyvsaid they have no record of me requesting my bag. What a way to start the trip. I just got here and already in a bad mood!! Oh yeah.. and a room with a great view too!!! Guess I'll gamble somewhere other that a caesars property. Dump!!!

May 30, 2023Get specifics for your room stay! PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED!
I had paid for a Las Vegas Strip View. When I got my room, I was expecting to see the strip. The only things I could see straight from my window was the other side of the hotel. At my corner of my eye I could see about 1/8 of the strip. I called the front desk and told them that there wasnt any view of the strip. The front desk lady told me that as long as I could see "SOME" part of the strip, it would be considered "STRIP VIEW." They couldnt change my room. Also, PARKING is not included with your reservation. I had to pay $68 a DAY!!!!!!!!! Total ripoff. Why pay for parking when you are already staying there and wasting money in their casino!
