Our room had so many issues. There was a brown substance on the towels in the bathroom. That's not something you want to see in a hotel room. The room phone didn't work half the time. When we arrived it was unplugged, and after we plugging it in, the phone only seemed to work half the time. Also, there was no fridge or microwave and we have a 10 day stay with no way to cook or store the food we brought! The hotel does offer to give guests a small fridge to rent for $25 a day, which is ridiculous! These amenities should be a given to guests, especially for those who plan on long stays! Thankfully the woman at the front desk, Toya, was very helpful and did alleviate some of the frustration. She was the only positive experience here and helped solve some of the issues. But overall, the room we arrived to was a disappointment. We still have a few days here, hopefully it gets better, the situation with the spoiled food was ridiculous, but at this point, unless this issue can be fully resolved, I would not stay here again.
Get what you pay for
The hotel is old and out of date. You don’t get the Las Vegas WOW feeling. There is a not a lot of reasons one would choose this hotel. It’s cheap compared to other hotels on the strip. If you are looking for the WOW of Las Vegas, comfort, and amenities this hotel is not for you.
7 Eleven conference
A small microwave and fridge would be nice for the business travels, otherwise great experience for 1st time visitor to las vegas. Definitely will return for leisure, and yearly for business. Lots of shops and things to do all in one place.
Hotel lagging staff in baggage
You have to call to get your bags from your room well the room phone didn’t work so we had to be moved rooms, and that room was worst than the first room. But the value is what you pay and what you pay is what you’re going to get. Next time I’m going to MGM
Not a nice hotel but still pricey
Over $600 for my stay; the room had a weird smell and bare minimum amenities were provided. The first night our fire alarm beeped for 5min every hour on the hour. Check-in took forever even though I used their online checkin (they don't update there check-in website when your room is ready apparently until you call to ask what's taking so long). Check-out was fast and easy though. They have spot lights facing up the building and the light pours in the room even around the blinds so sleep isn't great.
