Francisco and team , dulce, Silvia , Bartenders who remember you and make your experience top shelf and the drinks are as well Friendly and make you feel like you are at your local pub. You made our re drinks before dinner memorable thank you 🙏🏼

Perfect place to rest and recoup.
Great made to order AI meals with a variety of choices at the themed restaurants. The staff was friendly, genuinely wanting to see us smile. Will be back! Thank you to Sophia and Marcos for keeping us engaged with activities, as well as Luis and Vicente for keeping a sharp eye on the safety of the little ones.

Feels like we were visiting family.
Marcus on the Activity Team was so much fun! He got everyone involved in the activities from Granny to the kids. He made our trip memorable! We came for a wedding but the Team made us feel like we were visiting family. Thank you Entertainment Team.

The Perfect Wedding
We had an amazing experience from the time we were picked up from the airport when we arrived till the time we were dropped back off for our departure. The customer service was second to none and the entire staff (especially Marcos) made us feel very welcome. We had a big group of family and friends staying at the resort for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the wedding was absolutely perfect.

Kids club!
The Explorers Club for kids is absolutely amazing!!! You can tell Lizeth loves her job and my children adore her. She’s sweet, kind and very professional! They always have planned activities and they were different every day! So much fun for all ages!
