    Crowded but OK

Room was little tight and just two chairs and bathroom was too large. I wish it was the other way. Of course, fountain view from room was fantastic.

Glamorous but Falls Short of True Luxury

The Bellagio remains an iconic symbol of Las Vegas luxury, but my stay suggested that it has become somewhat commercialized, with certain elements of wear and tear and service inconsistencies. It still offers a glamorous environment and memorable experiences, but for a truly indulgent and flawless luxury stay, there may be other options worth exploring.

Overall I made my trip enjoyable

It was a great experience until the end. When I started getting asked for my room key before going to the elevator and no one else was asked.

Our overall review of the Bellagio would be a very poor one.

We left the Bellagio with the impression that you paid for the name and not necessarily the price/quality relationship.

Don't stay here if you expect Vegas hospitality.

The original price for the room was reasonable. We received a message to check in online, which we did. Uploading drivers license front and back. We did this 5 hours prior to check in. Upon arrival the room was not ready at 3. We set out through the hoards of tourists and ended up at one of the hotel bars. It was thirty bucks for a single glass of screw top wine. The bruschetta consisted of two tiny dried out pieces of crusty bread with a few tomatoes and herbs. We spent close to a hundred for 2 glasses of horrible wine and toast. After waiting in the line to check in (which was a hundred guests deep at one point) my phone alerted our room was ready. I ducked out of the line and scanned the QR code at the self check in kiosk only to discover the room keys were jammed inside and would not come out. Someone did come to help get the key card out thankfully.. About an hour past check in we finally got to our room to discover Justin Bieber blasting and an AC unit barely keeping up with the desert heat. The bathroom had leftover hair on the toilet seat from the previous guest, no bag in the trash can etc. The sofa had tags leftover from the previous guests shopping trip left on it, and the sheets were stained with mascara. The mini bar is well stocked with no price list..after paying thirty bucks for one glass of cheap screw top wine I won't be touching it. I will not come back to this hotel. We spent several days at South Point prior to this with the perfect Vegas experience. I'm feeling let down and I've been here two hours.
