Awful experience, never going back
We are staying at the Spa Tower but they never told us it’s being remodeled. Awful experience, cold showers sometimes no water for a pricey hotel like this! Rude guest service employees who cant solve anything First and last time at the Bellagio, pure disappointment

Our first, but DEFINITELY not our last!
This was our first time staying here, and it will not be our last! Everything was GREAT...from checking-in, to finding UBER pick-up, the tram to Park MGM, Yellowtail, etc! We were celebrating our 25yr anniversary, so I booked here through an Mlife offer. We arrived early on May 30th, and instead of doing online check-in, I went with the traditional face to face interaction, which I prefer. We were in our room by 10:30am! We stayed in the Stay-Well suites Room 25-126...Fantastic!! Comfortable bed, a ton of pillows, and a huge bathroom with a soaking tub! Plus, it had panoramic windows with amazing views of the mountains and pool! After a day of gambling, the concierge surprised us with a bowl of chocolate covered strawberries and a note saying "Happy Anniversary"! They were Delicious!! We had reservations for 7pm at Yellowtail. This is NOW our new favorite sushi restaurant!! Kind of pricey, but after receiving our food, we felt like the portions were big. We also requested a table outside with a view of the fountains... it was memorable, but must importantly, it was out of the sun! For breakfast, we tried 3 different eateries inside Bellagio. The usual Starbucks, the Patisserie, and Cafe Gelato. The Patisserie had good coffee and big breakfast sandwiches. Cafe Gelato had very hot coffee, tasty pastries, and a nice-sized yogurt parfait. The latter two places had way shorter waiting times. SNACKS was a good place to grab a quick bite. They had pizza, chicken sandwiches, etc. I think they're open 24hrs. The pools, OUTSTANDING! There were at least 6 of them. We would get there around 10am, and lots of loungers were already taken. Just walk around and you'll eventually find some. The drinks and drink service were on point. If you didn't want to wait for a waiter/waitress, the pool bars were very close. The conservatory was worth looking at. All the work that makes it possible is honestly quite amazing...just beautiful! Uber or any rideshare pick up is VERY easy to get to. Just go out the main lobby and take a right. It's not like some properties where it seems like you're in a maze trying to find where to get picked up. There are signs for it. There is a tram that makes stops at Aria and Park MGM...very convenient. As far as the property, it's VERY nice and clean! The employees make this resort stand out! They are so nice and courteous! These are some of the reasons of why it will be difficult for us not to book at the Bellagio for our future Vegas trips. Thanks for the memories and experience! Don't hesitate, book it!

Construction Noise at 8am
There was construction noise starting 8am. Tried to call for guest service but no one answered the call. The shower door was jammed and not openable. The handyman came in, can’t fix it, gave me $25 food credit per guest.

Great hotel
I have stayed in a few hotels in Las Vegas and this was my favorite one of all. Beautiful room and the best ham and cheese omelette for breakfast I have ever had. Very clean! I also had a great time in the pool area

Bellagio
Location can’t be beat, service is impeccable and new room design is very well appointed. Water pressure in shower could be better. More casual dining options would be nice as there is an imbalance between the buffet and high end.
