Fun Rum tasting!
Fun and educational rum tasting with Akeem and Ricardo! They were very knowledgeable, even about obscure questions. They were very fun and good with including everyone who joined and watched, including those the didnt drink.

Paradise!
Everything was great, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Beautiful resort. I didn't mind the walking too much. Travel club was long and awful. It felt like the entire day when the expectation was 1 hour. More like 6, it should have its own breakfast buffet and instead of the tour since we see the resort during our stay you can have iPads to look through all of the resorts and amenities self guided while you're waiting and eat in those long pauses with credit etc. Other than that day, we really enjoyed the honeymoon and plan to come back many times with the family.

My first time at the Grand Palladium
I absolutely love Jamaica and like to go wherever I can. I was in attendance for a friends 15 th wedding anniversary and they wanted it to be at the Grand Palladium which I was more than excited because it would be my first time staying at this particular hotel. The first day upon arrival everything was ok and the staff seemed to be available but the next day the staff literally consumed our entire morning and afternoon with trying to get us to buy an travel package and once we decided not to purchase it everything went down hill to basically non existent until checkout

Grand Palladium Jamaica Wedding
Grand Palladium Jamacia Wedding Review. Id like to start this review with a quote from the manager of the wedding department. " Your concerns are noted, but we are in the buisness of making money. ". I would say this quote sums up how we felt dealing with both the wedding department and the spa department. Its important to note that the Hotel, Weddings, and Spa are all seperate businesses. Quite frankly the Hotel were the only ones trying to provide any hospitality with issues and notes. Overall our wedding day itself went almost flawless. Christina our coordinator did an excellent job making sure things stayed on time, people knew where to go, and things were communicated very well with all of the extra help working with the wedding. But i would say the wedding department itself is very unorganized, communication before the wedding was absolutely awful, and extras were wildly overpriced. For example getting your suite and wedding dress steamed before the wedding was an additional $70usd, who goes to a destination wedding and doesnt need that done ! Why is that not included in the wedding package. We opted instead to take our group on a private catemeran tour because it was clear that our money would go alot further in providing an amazing experience off resort with our guests then spending additional money on the wedding. The Spa was a major problem. So i attached two photos to this review to show how crooked they are. The current price of the bridal suite is $150usd/ 3hrs. My wife needed an extra hour which is charged at $50/hr. You can see from the photo we were charged $300usd for 4hrs in the bridal suite. Apparently I had made a verbal agreement with my previous wedding coordinator that was no longer working at the resort for $200/3hrs. There was nothing signed in writing. But based on that they would not honor the current rate they were charging for the Bridal Suite. They could not show me where i made this agreement either. Even if i did make this verbal agreement, which i do not recall, businesses must honor the current price of a service. On top of that my wife recieved no service in the bridal suite, no food, and her bridal party had to ask for the champagne toasts. Terrible service, my wife was accused of staying more than 4hrs, and we were robbed out of $100 over the current price of the service. Ontop of that our wedding contract stated we had 15% off massages from the Spa, but apparently that does not include promotions. Which was not noted anywhere in our wedding contract. Id like to see a lawyer look at that one. All said and done, i would not recommend having a wedding here. Communication is bad, there are a tonnes of hidden charges, and as mentioned " They are in the buisness of making money". One day before our wedding i can tell you we felt legitimately worried it was going to be pulled off. You think you would get a little more hospitality for bringing in 55 people and 100k+ into the resort. We did not feel like VIP guests. There was no going above and beyond in hospitality without a dollar in your hand. There is value to honor in fairness and clarity. If the wedding day was not perfect this would be a 1 star review for the amount of money we spent. I am so thankful we had our own photographer and makeup artist travel with us because i seriously cant imagine the service.

My Vacation The Grand Palladium
I enjoyed my visit at the Grand Palladium. the food, service, and the staff of young Jamaican worked hard to make every one visit a success. The amenities was exceptionally good. The food I enjoyed every bit. Every kind of food were available. The chefs are all great cooks, the presentation of the different meals were well served. Love all the young people especially the young man Kahliln .Pickering, who kept a permanent smile on his face, and greeted everyone with such grace. Love this Place at lot. The Grand Palladium.
