Amazing resort with lovely restaurants and bars. Pool area and swim up bar are second to none! Miguel in particular was amazing, very attentive and never let me go thirsty. Would recommend Royalton chic to anyone

What an awesome venue to spend our honeymoon
I will visit again without a doubt. Thankyou emmanuel our butler and isabella our maid, both worked so hard to make our visit so special. Nothing too much or hastle, always with a smile. Emmanuel even organised for more coffee pods and beers to be delivered after he had already finished his shift. Our beach lady arianny who always checked on our drinks and food to our sunlounger on beach, such a happy and hardworking young lady. Victor, escamilla and mauricio our pool bar team making drinks and cocktails to order and giving us a laugh throughout. Our inside barman and onsite ladies man ramos aka rambo, so so funny and service always spot on. In fact all the staff so friendly and helpful i cannot fault any of them. From managers to maintenance, regardless of position always a smile and greeting. The rooms are amazing and several onsite restaurants plus buffet. I highly recommend the steakhouse. In fact all the restaurants were great but as i dont eat fish my choices were bit limited in some however my wife who does eat fish literally had a whale of a time. We decided to pay extra and go for diamond club and i highly recommend doing so. You will be appointed a butler who will organise meal bookings etc so literally turn up and be seated withoit the wait. Private pool and other perks. The beach is perfect and sea crystal clear, regular patrols by national guard for added security. Overall perhaps the best venue i have been to so far, i dont usually rate all inclusive resorts but really cant fault this one. Exceptional Hospitality
We had an amazing time at the Royalton Chic. All of the staff is amazing! Ramses, Isai, and Victor are just some of the bar staff who are all friendly, fast, and remembered our orders even when we came back the next day. The on site food overall is very good, orders come out correct. The events and parties are all very well done as well. We had Rossy for a butler and her service was perfect the entire time. She is extremely helpful and full of local information. The beach is stunning, clean, and a heat temperature. Lots of opportunities for extra experiences if you want them, but the staff is not overly pushy.

We have traveled all over the world and have never had the level of professional expert service as we had here
From our butler Rossy to our bartenders Remses and Victor to our favorite waiter Ismeal the service is unmatched. We will tell everyone back home come for a stay. Diamond Club treatment is a must! We Highly recommend the Royalton CHIC!

Beautiful all the way
Beautiful resort, gorgeous rooms and the ocean is stunning! Lots of animation in the main pool if your into partying and more tranquility on the beach Service on the beach was amazing thx to Angel Cheers guys !!
