Must stay! Our favourite Dreams location so far. The food was great, especially the sushi and taco bars, the rooms were cozy, and the facility was spotless. The only thing better than the hot sunny weather were the staff. Our wait staff (Alexi, Eduardo, Carlos, Dixon, Kendro, Enrique, and Carlos in the Preferred bar) were amazing! The entertainment staff (Rubi, Bryan, Henry, Chris, Erick, David, and Chris) were out of this world! And special thanks to the team that spent so much time teaching our kids how to surf everyday!

First time in Cancun
Great experience. Entertainment team were outgoing friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice. Linens excellent. Beautiful view. All staff levels warm and welcoming. Very windy in Cancun. As with every all inclusive you are encouraged to buy membership.

Traveled in august with a toddler and baby.
A little late writing this but we stayed back in August in an Ocean Front Master Suite. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time. We traveled with a toddler and an infant and the smaller footprint of the hotel made getting around with a stroller easier. We enjoyed all our meals and all the staff was great. We spent a lot of time with Carlos in the preferred lounge, he made the best drinks. I had to have at least two of his special coffee drinks to start each day. I would go out of my way to stop at the lounge to have him make my drinks. Each one was so good. I included a picture of my other favorite drink he a made but I can’t remember the name of it.

Dreams Vista Blue Water Grill Restaurant is Exceptional!
This has been the best experience a 10 out of 10 in regards to service, food and so much more! We came for my birthday week and the staff at the Blue Water Grill on the roof top have made our experience not only special but exceptional every time. The food has truly been fantastic and our greatest compliments to the Chef Heriberto and our waiters Edgar, Rodrigo, Moses. Huge shout out to the Captain of the crew Melithza for ensuring that we were well taken care of and made sure to schedule me a special dinner. For breakfast the staff and Chef brought me a cake and sang me happy birthday, they remembered from day before! We have stayed at many 4-5 star resorts and we have honestly not have had such an unforgettable experience as we have had here at Dreams Vista Resort! The level of attention, friendliness, atmosphere, care, quality service, culinary experience is top notch. I will be sharing our experience for many years to come and will definitely be sharing anywhere I can leave a review and blog because we are truly appreciative of such a memorable experience. We still have three more days here but we are loving it so much I just had to post!

First time I came had a wonderful time which is why I came back but after my experience this time I don't plan on coming back. Proffered club. Made excuses of why I couldn't be in a room even tho I had confirmed action. Made excuses but eventually they moved me. Then I had a derogatory word on my shower wall. And they didn't take it serious
