Loved every minute of our trip! Food amazing! shows great! service awesome! Janet in VIP services was over and beyond helpful and amazing she made our reservations for dinner for the week for us and even had cold medicine delivered to hotel and checked us out. Juan was so helpful with all our bags even found us and picked up our bags from our room for us . upon checking out. Loved the peacocks and iguanas all over the property. will be back soon!
I stayed here this past week with a large group. My group and I all had to have our keys reactivated on many occasions, but it was much of an inconvenience at night time as the customer service desk closed at 11. Food wasn’t great either. The part that really ripped me over the edge was 5/15 people in my group got something stolen from our room at some point. Clothes, money, jewelry- not okay!!!! We all deserve a form of compensation for this act of disservice & violation of our privacy. You all need to check your cleaning service providers because this is something to be dealt with immediately. I will be following up to demand our compensation.
Beautiful place with a lot of amenities
Beautiful place with a lot of amenities, private beach, swimming pools, great restaurants, drinks and meals all day long,,, great ocean view from the room we got. Not the best customer service, but it's worth the value. Quick tip, for breakfast the rush hour is from 8 to 10 am....recommended before 8.... I know ..waking up early on vacations.....
Problems with door keys cards, old buildings, humidity, heating no work, smell so bad, they forgot to do room service, doors squeaks, TV's sometimes doesn't work, staff don't help, cold food, a lot of people lines to eat. I didn't find where this hotel is a "resort", disappointed.
