Never again!
I have done all inclusive resorts in Cancun a few times before, and this is the worst experience I have had. The pictures and description of the resort incited excitedness. However, the resort disappointed each day we were there. We had to search for food, and when we found it, there were excessive waits in sweltering heat. Our room was not restocked with minimal refrigerator beverages, even after hours of communication with the staff. An employee manning the poolside grill refused us food claiming they were out, as she spoke Spanish to other (seemingly local) patrons that helped themselves to the front of the line, telling them they could have whatever they wanted, and offered one hamburger to me for multiple people. Yes, I could understand what she was saying. The restaurants are horrible. The Bahia Steakhouse and Dos Lunas require reservations. We were told no availability for the first couple days we were here. We finally were accepted for Bahia tonight. I paid $140 for one meal to be upgraded with lobster. I should have known it was a bad idea based on other experiences since we arrived, but I did it anyway. Fail again. I honestly think Golden Coral could do steak and lobster better if they served it. The food here is unbelievably bad for the type of place it is. There seems to be adequate staff, but the restaurants seem bare, underutilized, and lacking in the quality characteristic of all-inclusive resorts. For example, "If you want ice, there isn't any in the hotel, go to the restaurants or bars and ask for some." If you report a problem, their response is, "That is your perspective. We will note your concern for your future visits." Rest assured, there won't be any! When I brought the issue of being denied service to the concierge, we were upgraded to the deluxe package for the remainder of our trip. That is a $1500 upgrade according to the resort's pricing. It still wasn't worth it. Honestly, I have thought a few times about leaving "paradise" early and going home. Hell, my girlfriend isn't a drinker, and she keeps asking if there's alcohol in her drinks. The strawberry margaritas look like fruit punch Kool-aid. She actually asked me if there was a Kool-aid stain on her lips from the the mystery punch..."strawberry margarita." Not cool!

Pretty Nice
Stayed here for 4 days with my boyfriend. The room was nice and clean and we had a lovely view from our patio. The AC was good and strong, much needed in the hot/balmy weather. The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. The drinks were potent and there were plenty of places to sit/lounge by the pool or the beach. The water was incredibly blue and the sand was clean. We stayed after the busy summer season so it didn’t seem crowded. There are a few peacocks 🦚 on the property and I saw an iguana 🦎 💖

Not a good hotel to stay at!
Where to start with this one. The hotel is old and needs updated. Everything that you wish to do is a paid upgrade. The beach is restricted unless you upgrade. Although it seemed like everything was an upgrade the staff was very nice and very helpful. Can't blame the staff for very poor management. For the money spent here, you can stay at a much better hotel. Do the research before you book. I needed to look more closely reviews before I booked.

This the worth resort in Cancun
The bathroom is absolutely dirty and unsafe. Nothing works in our room. It is all inclusive but there is not even water in the room. It took 2 hours my luggage to be delivered to us. Be careful this is a very unhealthy property. I am staying one night and out because we do not want to get sick.
