Never want to leave here!
The staff took care of our every need before we knew we had a need! They were fun, thoughtful & kind. Our favorite waiters at breakfast were Daniel, Manolo Bamaca, and Ceaser Mendicuti:) we were so sad to leave and truly we felt like we were “home”
Honeymoon to Remember
Wonderful resort! I have been to many resorts in Mexico and nothing compares to Secrets The Vine. Food 10/10 Room 10/10. The only thing that I would change is better shows at night. It was an amazing trip though. Shoutout to Ceśar Mendicoti at the market Cafe. Wonderful service and great guy. He made us feel at home and we looked forward to breakfast in the morning! Looking forward to maybe coming back one day.
Totally enjoyed the resort and the employees who were always available and very helpful! Rudy was the bestI
We had a preferred room on the 27th floor, ocean view, so we had a great view of both the ocean and the lagoon. We loved the fireworks display in the lagoon every night at about 10:15ish. This year due to recent hurricanes, the beach was much shorter than the last time we were here and consequently the competition for beach chairs was challenging, but not as much as the competition for the chairs around pools. While resort policy asks that patrons not save chairs for more than 30 minutes when not sitting on them, several guests ignored this policy and saved chairs no one sat on for hours at a time, really frustrating.
Great again! Our second of many times yet to come!
Second time we stayed in this hotel! Food is great, amenities are awesome and the whole staff is so caring and professional! Also I would like to thank Ruddy, our host, that made our vacation unforgettable! This is for sure the best all inclusive hotel in Cancun!
ALL THAT WE EXPECTED AND MORE
Have had this property on our list, and it was well worth the wait. - it did not disappoint. Starting with the best, first. The staff at this property is excellent - attentive, courteous, and friendly. The butler staff with our preferred club room was also excellent - Aldo and Rachel were phenomenal. The room was very clean, spacious with a lovely view. Any thing we requested from our butlers and the entire resort staff, they attempted to accommodate. The property is in a mid-rise building so although the property is large in scale, the walk to most amenities was not far. The four pools were clean and chairs and towels readily available for use. Although, guest were staking claims to claims by 6am. The hydrotherapy spa service was just what was needed. The staff described what to expect and walked us through it from beginning to end. The restaurants and bars were scattered throughout the property - so you didn't have to walk too far to get food or drinks. However, most of the time we did not have to leave our pool-side chairs because the staff was so attentive refilling drinks and servicing us. We stayed for NYE and the waitress working the bar areas was the best during this event - as soon as our drinks were almost empty - she was there asking for refills. The main buffet (Market Cafe) has the best variety of food and great service. In my opinion, Valentina is a great asset to the property - very attentive, funny and created with mimosas. The only problem or negative experienced the entire stay was a few of the a la carte restaurants. It was not bad, but it was not at the caliber of a five star property or to which we expected. We dinner at Olios which never disappointed. We dined at Bluewater grill which was below our expectations - the food, the wait time to order, what time to be seated, and wait time to receive our food needs improvement. We dined at Half Time sports bar - it was ok. We dined at Barefoot grill - great pool side restaurant. Dragons was lovely and great food. Nebbiolo had great service, and nice atmosphere - the food seemed like it was banquet style produced vs a la carte - items seemed prepared and kept warm. We did have a table of 8 - so maybe that was the reason. Never dined at Sea Salt grill. Room Service was 24hrs, and the menu was great, service was wonderful. This was a very good perk if hungry late night. Finally, the Vine Bazaar- The Vine Cafe with its coffee bar and pastries - wonderful. Overall great great property, best balcony view in Cancun, Great Staff, Property was very clean, and mostly indoors (away from the elements - humidity or insects). I am looking forward to a return trip.
