Amazing resort!!! Will definitely visit again. By far the best food I've had in all my visits to Cancun. The quality of all our meals were just outstanding. The Steakhouse was by far my favourite restaurant. Robert working there was great , he was very attentive to minor details and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Staff working at the Spa were wonderful , specially the registered therapist , Aremy Contreras, she was extremely kind , caring and provided an amazing relaxation massage. Highly recommended!!! We upgraded to preferred rooms and the private butlers , Carlos and Aleman sent us an itinerary of all the activities everyday. Aleman went above and beyond to care for each and every of our need! Sandra , waitress at the private pool was another gem. Kevin at reception , Ruben bell boy thank you for being very helpful and made our stay memorable. Excellent experience and can't say enough good things about Secrets The Vine Cancun.

Relaxing trip and great beaches at Secrets the Vine
Amazing beach, great room, great weather, great times had by all. Enjoyed the beach volleyball and the helpful staff. The entertainment team, the restaurant staff and everyone else was helpful and kind. Special shoutout to Elias at Dragons for the excellent service. Really made us feel "at home". In addition Enrique at Market Cafe was excellent and also really made us feel special. Overall just great treatment by the staff at all levels.

A wonderful stay at Secrets the Vine
We are about to leave after a 9 night stay. The service at this hotel is exceptional. We stayed in the preferred club- our butlers Sandra and Raquel could not do enough for us, they were so kind and attentive. The entertainment by the pool was great- a special mention to Eddy and Angel who were super energetic and had some amazing dance moves! The food at the hotel was 10/10. Our favourite restaurant was Dragons-our waiter Elias was brilliant- so much so that we went back on our last night and we were so glad he was there again! Bluewater grill is brilliant for steak- melt in the mouth! Would highly recommend! The rooms, facilities and staff at this hotel are brilliant and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent Stay with Great Service!
We had a great stay with excellent service. We stayed in the Preferred Club Junior Suite on the 21st floor and the room was spacious and very clean with a great view from the balcony (not oceanfront but a nice view of sunrise and sunset and water on both sides of the strip). Manuel our butler helped us with check in and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We thought the food was excellent, especially Dragons and the Bluewater grill. If you want to relax the club level pool it generally seems a little quieter but we also had a great day at the main pool with an amazing reggae band and then watching the dance class with Angel and Rogelio! The beach was beautiful with easy access from the resort. We didn't spend too much time at the beach because the water was a little choppy and the red flag was up both our main days, but did enjoy playing beach volleyball. The popular restaurants had a wait at night but if you got there at 6-6:30PM you could generally get seated right away. Overall we had a great trip and just wished it was a bit longer!

Dec 04, 2023Good Stay Bit Needs Some Attention
Firstly, we LOVE Secrets and have been to several. We felt the food here was very good, maybe the best we’ve had at a Secrets. We went to Dragons twice!! The lobby is 110% not air conditioned - it was very warm and I a rarely admit to being warm - I live hot. The pools were incredibly clean - the water was crystal clear. Preferred Club pool always seemed to be the perfect temp even when it was cloudy, rainy and windy. We loved our room and had no problems but the couple we traveled with had to change rooms bc their air didn’t work (they were upgraded to Preferred, free of charge) As we would expect the service from staff was amazing. Eric at the preferred club pool took good care of everyone. They bend over backward for you if they need to. This property definitely shows some bumps and bruises and is clearly one of their older properties but it’s still a wonderful resort and a great getaway! We felt the staff was “seasoned veterans” keeping the property immaculate while the new properties we’ve visited have staff that is wonderful but still “learning the ropes” of maintaining the property perfectly. Additionally, We highly recommend the Bamboo Spa across the street - the price is right!! Although the Secrets spa was still lovely for hydrotherapy (a free circuit is included if you’re Preferred.) The server we enjoyed the most was Francine who remembered us while working in multiple restaurants- so kind and friendly! Entertainment was good but small and intimate - piano playing, jazz singers - no big theatre show that we saw. The opera singers we saw in the piano bar were hands down the best, most talented performers we’ve seen in a secrets resort - OUTSTANDING TALENT! We would go back again if the price was right.
