    Great location, Great View

Would have given 5 stars if valet was organized and effeicent. The rooms were clean, amenities were good considering covid, i was on the 41st Floor the veiw was spactacular, the location was only a block from the famous Bourbon St. The check in /out was very fast. The bad😥 valet took 1hr 20 min to retrieve my vehicle we missed one of our friends leaving. The next day took 45 min., the guy who took my car spun wheels, almost hit someone, and had attitude when i told him about it. But, over all the hotel was nice.

    We enjoyed it

I liked this place. Maybe my 6th or 7th time in NO. If you want a quaint place look elsewhere. If you want a hotel in an active spot with great views and easy access to everything then stay here. Front desk and all lobby staff were great, pleasant and as helpful as can be. Our room was clean and comfortable with terrific views. A beer in the lobby was $3. Fastest elevators I have ever used. Not sure what else to say but I have a group of 30 to 40 looking to isn't in the Fall and this would be my first choice

    Absolute terrible

We stayed for two nights. Not a single staff came to the room. Never. Not when we reported the safe was not working (we reported 3 times) Not to clean the room (we requested twice) Not to bring the extra pillow Not to bring more water. Not to bring extra towel. We have called several times, and had to stay over 10 minutes waiting. Terrible experience.

I’ll start off with the things that were good... The view from our hotel room. We were a trio of women, NOT in town to party... I know, I know... We checked in at the front desk. Sarah, the lady who waited on me: She was incredibly rude, I cannot say this enough, she must really hate her life to act that horrible!! She looked like she just rolled out of bed, she spoke to each of us in such an ignorant and condescending tone that we were offended. She should not be working with the public. We get to our room, the view was lovely. The pillows were flat, Only one outlet worked. The comforter didn’t even have feathers left and it was filthy & stained on one bed- we didn’t use the blanket. The phone didn’t work. When we called about our phone, Sarah hung up on us when we called to front desk... it was awful! The bar service was a train wreck. One day our drinks were $5, the next they were $6, the remainder of the trip they were between $7-9... inconsistent, you ask? Why yes, yes it is. Set prices? It depends on what the bartender wants to charge you by looking you up & down... ***Now the pool.... NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE does it say pool closed!!!! NOWHERE!!! We specifically chose this hotel for the rooftop pool. I called not once, but twice to double check the amenities & location... I was never told the pool was closed. They told me they had a pool, but not a single word about it being closed!!! There were 3 giant bags of trash outside of our room for over 12 hours... stinky and gross!! Coffee pot leaked allover every use. The room is stuffy or freezing. No in between.... there is no fan/vent in the bathroom, so plan on sharing your stink! Yes, that is stink, not sink!! Hell will freeze over before I ever book a Sheraton hotel anywhere on earth!!! It’s like drugs, don’t do it!!! Pick any place but here!!! NEGATIVE 5 stars...

    Dirty Rooms

Stayed for 4 nights and asked to clean room 2 days in Row. No service at all. Went to front desk and asked again and again and Room was never serviced. Sheraton has lost there service. Won’t advise to stay at all.
