Brenda, the concierga was amazing and she was knowledgeable and helpful. She helped our group to organize day excursions. She was polite and answered all of our questions. We will return because she was fabulous and made our trip easy and fun.

Felt Like Family
I was a bit nervous traveling out of the country for the first time but was quickly made at ease by my new home away from home. Everything about the resort is impeccably thought out. From the dining options to the fun activities to the welcoming staff, I truly felt taken care of here. Francisco remembered my beverage order at breakfast every morning and would make sure to ask me how my stay was. Franco kept us throughly entertained! And Octavio did such a beautiful job making sure we were well fed by the pool. I forgot to make note of the gentleman who took me to my room the first day and arranged my transport on my last- but I couldn’t believe he remembered who I was a week later. I’ll be back soon!

12/10 resort!
We just came back from 8 days at this resort with a group of 15 friends and had a GREAT experience!! We loved the amount of activities, the poolside lunch, the Trattoria, Smokehouse and Mediterranean restaurants. The event staff and restaurant staff are top tier. Manuel @ Trattoria and Francisco @ the breakfast buffet were our servers more than once we we came back as we had such great service. Frank at the bar always came with a smile and was the quickest bartender. Octavio was so friendly, welcoming and passionate about his cooking. Franco is the GREATEST entertainer. He is hilarious, remembers our names and we will be back again and can’t wait to see everyone in the future.

Franco's the best
This is a review for Franco specifically. We love you! - Maya and Charlieeee Thanks for making our trip so fun and for truly being such a gem. Give this man a raise! Let us know if you want to come to our wedding next October. Can do an on-land paddle board kayaking race.

Amazing experience
trip was amazing, Brenda at the entry was so sweet and overall the service was amazing. Great food, great room everything was so clean.
