Smoking Policy -All Disney owned and operated resort hotels are smoke-free environments. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
Guest Names Policy- Walt Disney World reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.
Deposit Requirements -A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone or incidental charges.
Convention Policy -Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.
Room Taxes -Room taxes are included in the vacation price.

Jun 11, 2021Whimsical decor, love the access to gondolas, excellent stay at a not too expensive rate
First time staying at Pop. We had an excellent stay. Room was very clean and newly renovated. Only two of us in the room so plenty big. I could see where several children in the room would be crowded but we had no complaints. New bathroom faucets etc very nice. We declined housekeeping but it was no problem, grabbed towels and toiletries from the housekeepers in the hallway when we saw them out. They were happy to help provide whatever we needed. Ac worked great. Huge tv. Love the Murphy bed, very cute Disney whimsical decor makes for colorful room. Vending and ice machines convenient. Note this is a large complex so if walking is an issue, request a room that is close to bus area and pool. We were in 70s big wheel wing, very convenient to everything. Extra bonus at pop is quick access to gondolas so no bus rides for Hollywood studios or Epcot…it was wonderful, no waits or long lines (maybe we hit the good times). Bus service to other parks was fast and reliable. Bus service from magic kingdom back to pop at the end of day is rather slow, many folks leaving at same time made for long bus lines and waits…longest was 1.5 hours from park closing before we boarded a bus. One suggestion because of these waits…could you please leave the dining area and gift shop open later than 10 pm? We couldn’t get back to the room any night before they closed. A cool drink and a snack would’ve been just great! Pool is huge, lots of chairs. Dining area large, love the self serve beverage stations so thanks for that. Excellent value resort for the money and now so close to the parks using the gondolas. Can’t wait to go back! Loved seeing all the kids running around the complex having fun and enjoying being outdoors.

We stayed at Pop Century the last week of May. We loved our stay there. We had two adults and two children. We stayed in the 50’s next to the bowling pool. The rooms are smaller, but accommodating for the amount of time you spend In the rooms. Having the Skyliner steps away was fantastic, my boys loved it! The gift shop had lots of options and the food court was ok👍🏻 Two things that I would love to see changed: thermostat needs to go a little lower that 68 and having coffee available in the lobby for the refillable cups earlier than 7 would be great 👍🏻 We plan on coming back soon

Like Pop Century, room size, amenities, etc. It’s customer relations and service where Disney falls short. Had to beg to get trash removed, then they gave us a bag to round it up and give back to them. Ran out of toilet paper. Called the front desk with no success. Went to the front desk and told the CM. She pecked around on the computer about 30 seconds, went and to spoke with a service employee. They both looked over at me and talked. The CM returned and said,”Just a minute.” Went in the back and returned with a roll of toilet paper. The whole experience with the CM and the service personnel was so unDisney. I felt like I had worried them and interrupted there day. They can blame COVID, but before COVID, the “protecting the environment,” was regularly played. It’s all about dollar bills, not customers.

Perfect stay at Pop!
My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Pop. We stayed for 5 days. The room is nicely redone and modern. Very clean and we had no issues with noise from other rooms. The shower head combo was awesome and I loved that new feature! Housekeeping comes every other day which was fine for us. I brought my own king sized pillow and moved it to the top of my suitcase so they’d know it was mine and they removed my pillow case and put 2 small pillowcases on it lol They left us plenty of towels and made our beds once during our stay. We didn’t need it every day so it was no issue for us. We used the main pool quite a bit as it was in the 90s every day. My boys loved it! It wasn’t crowded at all and it was a nice break from the parks. We ate breakfast 3 times and each time we all got the Mickey waffle meal and it was delicious. Nice and freshly made. The waffles and bacon were a family favorite. We also got the pizza, breadsticks and salad one night and it was pretty good. I read bad reviews of the food at Pop but honestly we found it to be very good. Love the sky liner so much. I wish we could take it to every park. They did have a good handle on the bus situation to the other parks and we didn’t have to wait very long at all. I highly recommend Pop. The rooms are small but we are only in there to sleep so we didn’t mind at all. We will definitely be staying there next year when we come back to Disney!

Good, Budget Friendly, Nice Pools, Skyliner makes it!
We stayed in the bowling area. We had a great time. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. We had 3 adults, 1 preschooler & 1 toddler and were fine. We put the murphy bed up when not sleeping so we could use the table/chairs and not be so tight. We used doordash & grubhub to order dinner in most nights as my kids don't last in the park till close (we go at opening) and they delivered straight to hte resort. I was able to use a free trail for 30 days. The Skyliner wasn't far and was perfect for traveling to other resorts to eat (we stopped at riverea for quick service) and for going to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The skyliner is so much faster (and more fun) than waiting / riding the bus. That said --- everything is good enough here for the price point but if I was not going to use the skyliner, I would likely pick another resort. The skyliner access is honestly the best part. The walls are thin so we did hear some noise from people who were coming in from the parks at closing but it wasn't all night or anything bothersome. The gift shop and food court are okay/good enough -- comparable to any value resort. Thats the key - it's a value resort if you are looking for a luxury room or more resort amenities you need to upgrade!
