Not Safe!
Liars and robbers someone broke into our room and stole our money during the night, while we were sleeping. The management did nothing and blamed it on us for not storing our valuables in the safe. We filed a police report and the detective said the hotel reported the door was not shut all the way, which is a complete lie. Stay away from this place.

The best thing was the convenience
The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to the strip and being located inside of a mall made for plenty to see and do. However the room itself was average. When I first got to my room the tv was on (which was odd to me for some reason). My room was also conjoined to another room. I turned off the air prior to leaving my room and when I returned the bathroom reeked of marijuana. (I had a nonsmoking room) it was around 1 am and I called the front desk and they offered to spray.. I declined. And just made due, i just wanted to have them make note that it smelled and it wasn’t due to me and end up charging me $500. I only had three towels in my room and one face towel. I waited over 45 min that next morning for someone to bring me up towels. Checkout was 11am and I received my towels at 9:50. When checking out .. there was no note of the room smelling like marijuana. Which the kind lady helping me with checkout added in. Overall I would never stay at Planet Hollywood again. For the price you can get a better room at the Luxor.

hotel stay
room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, good location, pool area was nice and clean, plenty of places to eat, liked that many stores were accessible no need to walk outside, cocktails seemed pricey with lots of ice in them, seemed more floor cocktail waitresses are in need when gambling, overall a good stay
