Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policies - Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
- All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

We were there for two weeks and had a great time. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are polite and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool and beach are just beautiful. A special mention for outstanding service to Khouri Mendez of the waiting team for making our meals so enjoyable, always smiling, respectful and very good at making people feel at ease. We couldn't have asked for a better waiter. I hope Iberostar looks within its own staff when they are looking to fill vacancies, there is so much potential in people like Khouri. A big shout also to Amanda of the housekeeping team, she kept out room spotless and was always singing in a beautiful voice. We would also like tothank Sheneill of the entertainment team a great addition to the hotel staff. All in all a great country, great hotel and great people. Thanks for a wonderful time.
I recently stayed at Iberostar Beach Rosehall. Had a fabulous time!! Had a little issue with the room at initially check in , but the problem was immediately resolved. I was given a new room with Ocean View. The staff was incredible, everyone was very friendly and polite. Special thanks to Daniel a new trainee who got me a cup of mint tea when I arrived Hungry and exhausted. Special shout out to Fairweather as well for making my trip complete.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just what I needed!
I stayed at this beautiful resort and it was just what I needed! Thanks to the following staff that made my stay in Jamaica worth the while! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was stress free! Nice but not as expected
I will start by saying that the the resort itself is nice and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I had two connecting rooms with a family of 4. I had previously stayed at the Suites but this time I decided to stay at the beach one because I was looking for more of a entertaining side. I was a bit disappointed with a few things. The concierge (Colin) was very nice and was so welcoming BUT it was because he set us up for a 90 minute presentation for the Iberostar Club. He told us that since we had stayed at the suites before he was going to set us up for a breakfast at the Suites. When we got there the next morning it was told to a group of us that it was a presentation it was early in the morning and we were already up so I agreed. We had breakfast with one of their sales person which was awkward, it was like they were watching us to make sure we stayed with them, then 4 different people talked to us about buying this 30k membership that did not give you anything free, just discounts. The food was not what we expected, you are going to get the same menu every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you go to the buffet, and the restaurants they have are only open a few days out of the week and the portions are extremely small. We were not able to get the reservations that we wanted for the restaurants because you have to do it through the concierge and our concierge (Colin) only booked us for the 90 minute presentation and did not care to book our reservations for the restaurants like we asked and we never heard back from him. Drinks and alcohol, they are the bottom shelve. Overall, if you like inexpensive resorts and you do not care about what foods you get and what alcohol you drink, then this is the perfect place because the rooms are as nice as the Suites.
