Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policies - Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
- All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement
or refund of the remaining nights.

A wonderful stay
Recently vacationed at Iberostar Waves Montego Bay and had a marvelous time . Although there were a few minor snags such as being charged for laundry service that did not occur ( I canceled the service … but was unfortunately still charged a fee ) and mediocre evening dinner options at the buffet dining hall, the positives of the resort out weigh the negatives. I am not a breakfast foodie , but I must say I enjoyed daily breakfast at the buffet. A variety of food options made breakfast a good experience . The beef patties at the jerk chicken stand on the beach were delicious. The french fries offered on the beach were good as well… The fries were crispy and not greasy . The resort is clean and spacious. The spaciousness allowed for a good, non-overcrowded resort feel which is superb. The staff were kind as well as attentive from day one . Yes , I would return to the resort.

Food was good, staff were nice, room had a couple issues but were fixed very quickly the only negative were the people trying to sell things on the beach

Family Fun
Met on a joint holiday here with our family from Canada. Group of 5 (4 adults 1 child 7) My wife and I stayed next door in the Suites but we spent most of the first week of our holiday with our family at Waves. We had a perfect spot on the beach, under a small, solitary clump of Mangrove. To be fair we had the best spot on the beach. Other beds looked a bit close to each other for comfort and under dense Mangroves. We had to get up early to secure this spot. But we stayed there all day, Not like the kind of bed hogging you would see on the Suites beach. Towels out and people rocking up at gone 13:00. Happens every where. It seemed to be quieter there. We preferred the food hall here to the one at The Suites. Much wider selection . The Japanese Restaurant is a must. Good entertainment for the kids here. Thanks to the young lady who was able to get the Premiere League Football on for me on a couple of mornings, in the Sports Bar. Good solid hotel. Great Chain. Excellent Food and Drinks. Great Resort.

Our stay at Iberostar for 6 days
The Lobby area needs to be renovated and it was very hot on arrival. They turn off the air condition in the lobby, elevators and hallway, especially in the hallway smells musty and the windows are always closed. The food was terrible, most of the dishes lacked flavor and no salt added for taste. The bathroom walls had cracked tiles and the same in the bedroom. The bathtub had stains all over and not fit for taking a bath. The sides of the boxspring had a nasty stain which they never bothered to coverup. We stayed for 6 days and after viewing the room after checkin we asked for a better room as we paid top dollar but the request was denied. I wouldn't recommend you order room service as it is very limited with burgers, french fries and pizza and they won't allow you to order food from the buffet or restaurant to dine in the room. Room service offered very poor service as we had to request clean towels several days throughout our stay and there seem to be a shortage of foot towels. Moreover the towels weren't white and should be thrown out. Twice on the property, I saw 3 dogs roaming the grounds. This was rather scary as I was barked at by one of the dogs on my way to dinner. I reported all of the above to Guest Services and nothing was done to address my issues.I would never recommend staying at this resort as you will be disappointed. The staff made an effort to make us feel comfortable but it just wasn't enough to make our stay pleasant. The 4th of July show and fireworks were awesome!!! Kudos to the staff for putting on an enjoyable production.

Love this resort, everything was beautiful and breath taking. Shout out to all staff that served my family and I, great customer service. Shout out to chef Akeem that took care of my family and I, made the best steak for us. Definitely will visit again.
