    Friendly staff, great location!

    Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities because of our short time in Phoenix, but the hotel was clean and really pretty. We enjoyed the happy hour, but left before breakfast. Highly recommended!

    Excellent Stay at a Beautiful Property (BEST STAFF)

    I am just departing after the perfect one night visit. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and I had such a beautiful golf course view. The property is immaculately clean. But the amazing employees stand out most to me. Selena & Shelby at the Front Desk were so friendly & made my family feel so welcome. This is the type of hospitality that creates loyal guests. I highly recommend staying at this property. It’s conveniently located next to everything you could possibly need and it’s very evident that they take the Covid protocols very seriously. I look forward to returning!

    Fantastic

    Absolutely fantastic. From the room to the facility to the service, this was a top notch resort. Clean rooms and facility, up to date interior, and incredibly polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

    Pleasant Surprise

    I had read some of the reviews when I was planning this trip I had my guards up on what to expect traveling during covid, 19 I was there for a 3 nights. I was pleasantly pleased with the Staff & bartender, servers , from the front desk to the on grounds staff , Although I only check in at the front desk , they were very accommodating ,,professional ,and friendly & able to help with any needs or concerns. Due to Corona their protocol for safety was immaculate they had stations set up with wipes & sanitizer stations when you enter the facility as well as at the elevators , there were signs reminding guest of social distance & wearing of facemask signs displayed. The system they had set up for complimentary box & carry breakfast was fantastic still giving you the opportunity to select items, such as coffee , muffins, & fruit , etc. 20 mins away from Phoenix Sky Airport, close to the mall & plenty restaurants . They also had a putting field as well as golfing & a pool area .. I personally took advantage of the walking trail. The only hiccup was the water in the bathroom took a while to get Hot, but was giving an explanation for the inconvenience. I used the Hilton Honors App which I chose to use the keyless app to get in my room as well as the app to check out . I would definitely stay there again if my future plans bring me back to Phoenix

    A great place for seeing Phoenix Arizona first time

    The room had everything I needed. The only drawback is the safe in the room can only accommodate laptops 15' or smaller. Otherwise it was very secure. The quality was top notch and very clean during Covid-19.
