Parking rate shld be better and you should be able to speak with the manager about your concerns. I already did a previous statement so why am I typing this again. Also staff shld inform customers that if not parking more than 12 hrs pulling a ticket is better than using a pass
Room smelled abs was dirty. vomit on shower curtain and dried snot all over. Took forever to change curtain wasted an hour before I could shower made me late fit appointments. Once changed it didn’t help the smell or other dirty areas of the room
As soon as we got into our room, we noticed stains on the bed comforter that looked like blood stains. We took pictures and told the front desk, who gave us a new room on the same floor. The second room had hairs in the sink, on some of our towels, and in the shower. Our stay here was disappointing at best, especially considering there are multiple signs in the room stressing everything being cleaned and disinfected for covid-19 purposes. The fact that the room costs 200 dollars just adds insult to injury. Very disappointed.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and really enjoy the Spirits bar. Neyda was fun and provided excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed her as a server. Our room was a nice size and as a Hilton Honors member, we received a bag breakfast and a drink. It was a little different than we were used to and it wasn’t healthy but at least they did provide.
Good location especially if you want to walk to French Quarter. Room clean no issues with internet. Very helpful staff and interaction even after a week of leaving. Construction around the hotel, valet and paid parking. Recommend just using the valet as both prices are $5 apart.
