    Room not ready

Horrible. I can’t say horrible because the rooms are nice and on the strip BUT I went three times and my room was not ready: check-in was at 3PM we show at 4PM and very politely at the Kiosk station, the very wonderful attendant said your room is not ready. We were told you will receive an email when your room is ready. We figured, okay...things happen...we’ll just go grab a bite to eat while they settle our room. At about 6:30 PM, we make a phone call asking about the email notification and our room. They told us it still wasn’t ready...that to wait for the email. At that point, we ended up waiting for the notification that we never received. It was our luck that we had a rental because we had planned a West Coast trip landing in Vegas at the moment and usually people don’t need a car a Vegas to move. FINE. We never receive the notification, and we decide to head back to see what’s going on. We get there and the lovely lady informs us at this point at around 9:00 PM our room still wasn’t ready. Can you imagine that???? They mediated the situation by completely changing our room options that we accepted without any adjustments to the bill because at this point we just wanted to settle in. We finally get in and there isn’t any handsoap (COVID) in one of the dispensers. I’ve traveled around the world and I’ve NEVER had this happen where you have to wait almost 6 hours after your check-in to get into your room. I WILL say that the employees working there physically and over the phone are exceptional. Very nice rooms but try your luck.

Good location, parking ease was spotty

Hotel located in a good location right in the middle of the strip within walking distance of most attractions. Parking was difficult since signage was limited or non existent, or located at an angle requiring the driver to see through the roof of the car. Then the entrance had three confusing "lanes" with confusing signs to find the drop off or the ramp up to parking. Once in the garage, it was very confusing about where to go to park, or how to find the elevators, and once at the lobby level, how to find the reservation desk. Rooms were nice, staff was great, but beware of end of weekend checkout, elevators were overwhelmed.

Reserved and paid 6weeks ahead of time. Did not get ANYthing that was requested and BOOKED!!! Desk clerks will LIE to get rid of problems instead of solving them. I had to repeatedly ask (BEG) for clean linen as NOONE showed up to ask or leave any. after 2 nights.. still nothing!!! 15min elevator waiting time. false Lashes on the floor in the room (poor housekeeping) Caesar's rewards members (platinum) means nothing. The parking meter in the garage suspiciously has a problem with rewards members who are supposed to be free. This place has NO customer service at all! You are on your own with everything!! Problems will arise and I'm ok with that but 3 times in a row with BAD SEVICE AND EXPERIENCES IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Three different trips? I will NEVER RETURN and I wouldn't be upset at all if this place suddenly shut down!! A place I used to love, I officially hate this place!!!

First time staying at the Linq

We’ve been to Vegas about 10 times, first time staying at the Linq. The room was clean and came with a mini fridge but we were here for a whole week and did not receive housekeeping once. I had to text Ivy for towels and trash pick up. Staff brought towels to our room but left the dirty towels and didn’t take our overflowing trash. Elevators are very slow (5-10 min wait)

    Location location

The rooms are very nice I made sure to get a window view, staff helpful house keepers great sent a text and got extra towels, amazing locations lots to do right outside you’re door. The only only downfall is the elevators!!!! Omg that makes us not want to stay there again distract 2&3 share the same elevators and they took forever and lots of people waiting if I wasn’t on the 16th floor I would have definitely took the steps. Time you’re Uber Lyft according to. That’s my only complaint.
