    They dont care about the guess all they care about is the money. The lady Name Joana at the front check in didnt care if we got in our room or not.. She had a attitude and stated mabe we need to call who we made reservation with and try to get our refund back. She didn't try to help us resolve the issue, Thank God it was a young man that came in and checked us in and assisted us with getting into our room. and that i am grateful for. so who ever it is that ck us in ty ty ty

    It was ok but not what I was hoping for

    I made reservations for a king size bed but when checking in the self check out it only gave me an option for 2 double beds and if I wanted a king size bed I had to pay an extra daily fee which I didn’t want to do. Then, it asked if I wanted to get room service which I said yes to and I stayed there 3 nights and never had anyone go to the room to at least give us new towels. The location is great though, but I wouldn’t stay again because of those inconveniences.

    Housekeeping 👎

    My husband and I stayed at the Linq July 25th-29th. This is our 3rd time staying here. It’s in a great location, but it has really gone down hill. Our room was not cleaned 1 time the whole week. We asked the registration desk each morning to ask housekeeping to clean our room and bring fresh towels. The reason we asked the registration desk is because our phone in the room did not work. Some days we asked twice for fresh towels. We got fresh towels most days, but no one cleaned our room. We ran out of body wash and shampoo, again no one took the time to check this. Our last morning we woke up with no electricity to the bathroom. We had to get ready in the dark. Our TV only had 2 stations. Swimming pool is kinda sad too. I understand being short handed, but a customer should not have to ask each day. Fingers crossed for the new customers coming into the room.

    Reservation Months Out Don’t Mean You Still Get Your Rooms When You Show Up

    Made reservations back in beginning of March and had 3 King Size Smoking Rooms . Mind you we are flying from CVG to Vegas fly got delayed didn’t make it to hotel Friday night got in around 3:30am Saturday morning and was told they didn’t have our rooms . So they put 2 couples in a king suite with no smoking . And 1 Couple in a king room no smoking was told . So we was told to come back in morning before check out and they could give us the rooms we was supposed to have . Then get key go up to 7th floor and key don’t work so I called waited on hold for 10-15 mins then was told to bring the key back down to main floor and she would redo the key I told her no lights came on when I scan the key . She said well then the battery is dead . So then I go back up to 7th floor for 3 time in last 45 mins . Then wait another 15-20 mins on Maintenance and Security . So by this time 5:00am . Then go down to desk and get told they don’t have anymore smoking rooms and that the one king room I had was a smoking room but was told when checked in wasn’t . So other couples had to come to our room on 7th floor from 16th & 19th floor to smoke a cigarette. Then front desk people want to give you attitude when you tell them what you had under your reservations. Smelled like mold & mildew in hallway by 7th floor elevator from water leaking from ceiling I am guessing from air conditioners . Had a horrible experience over all

    Customer service at the hotel desk is lacking

    First of all, we were there for a conference, so there was an influx of guests coming in. They had one person at the desk, and the kiosks were not working for us due to many of us using cards from our school districts. We were in line to check in for over an hour. Then upon getting up to the desk, the man, Fernando, or Ferdinand was his name was not even friendly or apologetic. (The morning I checked out Robin was amazing) Then we get to our room and the cupboard door is hanging off in front of the mini fridge, (which I took a picture of just in case they tried to charge me for it) there is hair in our shower, no soap dispenser, and our air conditioner sounds like it is ready to actually take off and leave the building. I understand with Covid that there is a staff shortage but maybe you should be cross training the staff that you do have and then that could help alleviate a little of the inconvenience for the customer and staff. Just a thought. I will never stay at this hotel again.
