Amazing !
I had a great experience thanks to our server Michale Nazario ! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive, gave helpful recommendations, and handled our special requests with ease. Would definitely come back again because of the excellent service!

Great hotel, not so much staff! Staff was not too eager to satisfy our needs!
Beautiful hotel. The management, no. I wanted to pay for my daughter with my credit card but the paperwork took WAY TOO LONG. They charged my daughter's credit card in the meantime, then was supposed to give her credit when I paid, too. We are STILL awaiting the credit on her card. It has been almost 3 weeks.

Great for families, horrible for couples.
The hotel and rooms are very nice, renovated, and expansive - yet they don’t provide any toiletries except shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We had to call the Front Desk for lotion. Rooms have no table, just a desk so eating in your room can be difficult if you have more than 2 people. One chair & one footstool plus a desk chair for seating. Valet parking was full when we arrived by noon on Saturday. Check in was chaotic, regardless of your Bonvoy level. However, if you are coming for the water park, BEWARE. It opens at 10am, there is usually a line to get in, and I just waited 20 minutes only to have every single chair taken by the time I entered and I only needed 2. The lazy river is very short and shallow, hard to find an inner tube and leaves a lot to be desired (JW Grande Lakes is far superior & I was there Easter weekend). The laser show last 10 minutes and leaves a lot to be desired. Children just run amuck at all times - through hallways, in the adults only hot tub, through the restaurants - and a lot of parents do nothing to rein their children in. This is a hotel for families, not couples and if you are looking to relax by a pool, this is NOT the place. We are Gold Elite and will never go back to Marriott World Center.

World Center is World Champion
Excellent location and a great property . We first went here in 1994 and it hasnt lost its appeal . This time , We had family including two very young grandkids and were treated like royalty .A great spot for a family vacation with great service and friendly people. We will definitely be returning next year .

Never disappoints…
Here we go again! They NEVER disappoint. We wanted to make use of our Annual Disney Passes before they expire and decided on a quick Disney trip to one of our favorite hotels. We arrived and were placed in the most fabulous room! We were on the 12 floor and found out they have a designated elevator that only services floors 1, 2, 11 and 12! Meaning we waited 2 seconds for the elevator compared the to typical 10 seconds (elevators here are fast!). Our room also oversaw the pool and both firework shows (Epcot and Magic). What a view! Water slides here as I have mentioned before are amazing! They have a 3 slide area to the left, the main pool, a baby pool behind this with a kiddie slide and the water park that comes with a lazy river! Went to The Pantry and as always, the ladies there were so sweet and amazing. Great quick food options. The pizza is also amazing! Had this one night for the kids and we went to the lobby bar and ordered form the Sushi bar. (Delicious!). Pool restaurant is also really good for lunch and dinner by the pool. Ran into our housekeeper servicing 21230 on 5/3 who was SO SWEET! Went above and beyond and gifted our girls little Marriott bears. What a HUGE gesture! So much excitement and joy such little things bring kids. We left this morning on May 4th. We were overjoyed to find Jaqui was still at Longitude and Latitude (breakfast restaurant). We saw her maybe a year ago and she remembered us! She is so amazing. Such an attentive, sweet and caring person! The food here is also fabulous! We finished by going to the Starbucks for a little charge before hitting the road. My 4 year old dropped her cake pop. When we went to purchase a second one, the barista gave it on the house since they saw what happened. Such a kind gesture. Thank you Marriott World Center! Until next time!
