Shady practices of adding early check in fees

The resort itself was fine but it’s very obvious the Caesar’s group is using the lower tiered resorts to squeeze more money from guests. I received multiple emails and checked in unbeknownst to me there was an added check in fee that I didn’t see until checkout

    Still a bit dated

Didn’t love the remodeled room, they still are so dated. Small rooms and noisy environment. Paying for early check in or late checkout is ridiculous. Would never stay there again. Many shops still closed.

Recommended as budget center strip option

To state the obvious, Harrah's Las Vegas is one of the less luxurious options on the Strip. In fact, it's one of the cheapest Caesar's Rewards properties in Vegas. Nevertheless, I def recommend this place and would rebook it in a heartbeat. Checked in around 2PM. Received a Mountain Deluxe room (floor no. 55; it's not actually the 55th structural level). Room was fully renovated. Bathroom, bed, TV, seating accommodations...all very modern and nice. Obv, this is a budget option. Expect a room on the smallish side for Vegas. The room had no mini bar or fridge. The toiletries aren't single-use. There is little closet space (there is a little area which they actually put in the bathroom). But again, it's all newly refurbished. Had a great room rate. And you have everything nearby Harrah's: An In-N-Out Burger, Walgreens, Denny's, White Castle, budget booze options at neighboring casinos, ... And Caesar's Palace is right across the street.

    Harrah’s sucks

Our room had no cups, no ice bucket, and two towels for a three day stay. There was an occupied tag on the door when we checked in. Don’t bother to stay here. Harrah’s sucks. Also lost at gaming. Not a good start. Stay at a MGM property for a real Vegas experience.

    Tired of the Caeser’s crap

Used to like to come in here to play my favorite table games. Now I just went and blackjack is paying 6/5, not 3/2. Then can’t double on split cards. Don’t know if it’s a Caeser’s thing or what, but won’t be back. Found plenty other casinos that don’t do this. Especially away from strip or downtown.
