    You get what you pay for but location is great

    It’s not a luxury hotel, everyone knows that, so you get what you pay for. I stayed here many times before and the experience was always similar: middle class quality with some flaws attached. This time it was the horrible smell of weed in my room. Calling anyone to address the problem? Forget it, they simply don’t care. Take it or leave it. Food options are pretty good again but Toby Keith is still closed. Don’t waste your money by dining at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, try Barry’s Prime at CIRCA or The Steakhouse at Circus Circus instead, you’ll not gonna regret it.

    Photos added. Reopen the Diamond Check-In Room

    My wife and I stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas for two nights. The standard room was very clean. My wife called for an extra pillow and extra towels when we got to the room. It took 1-1/2 hours for them to be delivered. No fridge, no alarm clock, dispensers for shampoo, conditioner on the shower wall like a Motel 6. Small room (that we expected), good selections on the TV, good internet, fun pool, great location, fun casino. They need to get rid of the sliding frosted door between the closet and the bathroom. Very annoying. The light bleeds in when you are trying to sleep. I would guess the designer of this room never actually slept in one. It might look good on a drawing board, but try sleeping in one. The gym has short hours, dining options are limited, but there are many places nearby. Extremely friendly staff. I will return, but I prefer Bally's or Paris. Many photos added.

    I called for room service three times about the smell of weed in the room and I didn’t get any service done. No one cares about my requested. I thought I made a none smoke reservation room. I have to suffered with the smell all night and could not sleep. I have a horrible night and severe headache. I am very disappointed!

    Harrah's Las Vegas Rooms stuck in the past

    Stayed at Harrah's for several days in July. Check-in was horrible, staff did not direct guests to where they needed to be. Checked in online and only needed my keys but still had to stand in line for 30 minutes. The room was ready when I arrived, enough towels for my 3 days but the carpet was horrible. I looked liked it was never cleaned and I refused to walk on them without my socks on. I had friends staying 2 floors up from mine and their rugs were stained and smelled. The room would have been so much better if the rugs did not look like they had been dragged thru the alley. This is the first and last time staying at Harrah's.

    The room is so dirty ,not really worth it the room price .

    The room is so dirty ,not really worth it the price ,i just stay in there one night .i change my mind move out the anther hotel ,so if you want try it ,i will recommend you give up There's a lot of noise when you sleep, and some rooms don't have a refrigerator
