    Clean and comfortable

    The hotel is nice. Clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I do not like that there's was no one to talk to during check in only machines. Also I do not like that we had to pay extra to check in early. Also was charged extra pet day just got a little fridge. I could have gotten a nicer room somewhere else for the amount of fees I had to pay for this basic room. Very disappointing

    Horrible customer service!!

    Ordered room service thru their text link when I got to my room, waited 2 hours for it to get delivered, once is was prepared. Texted, called, and complained, nobody cared enough to even call back and apologize, food from Guy Fieri was cold and bill was $50+ for wings and onion rings. I understand they are struggling with COVID restrictions, but employees should try to give decent service to those are still visiting.

    Bring noice canceling headphones to sleep with. The walls are paper thin!! The door would slam every time a door near our room would shut. I also booked a room with a city view, but my view was a wall on the 4th floor!

    Me and wife flu 2000 Miles after our wedding to check in your lovely hotel after making reservations a week before to find they they didn't confirm my reservation after they took my money me and my wife had horrible experience after waiting two hours in the hotel lobby me and my wife had to find another location to stay it was horrible and we will never be back

    Severely dissatisfied

    I booked my room and had a friend cancel so I called and requested a king instead of 2 queens (4 days before my stay) also requested to speak to someone about a different rate bc the room was going to be cheaper than my initial booking. Get to the hotel and no one was at the desks so I was brushed off to the kiosk with lots of questions about the charges they added to my stay. I was told BEFORE I even flew out that the resort fee ( what a joke) would be taken out at check out and when I checked in the resort fee plus $200 was taken from my bank account after I had already paid $160 for the weekend. I called to dispute and question the extra charges and was yelled at by an extremely unhelpful or unwilling to help woman. The hotel was cleanish but definitely didnt feel thoroughly cleaned. The showers have half a wall and that's it. You will be lucky not to slip on the bathroom floor from the insane amount of water that flows onto the floor when taking a shower. Our bathroom door didnt lock and the bathrooms are so echoey that we woke to a man throwing up in the room next to us. The piano bar waitress was rude and possibly drunk during the limited time we were there due to her hateful attitude. I will NEVER stay at harrahs ever again. This was a horrible trip thanks to the displeasing staff and accommodations in this hotel.
