Hotel Spring Break Policy - Spring Breakers are not permitted at hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type. This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.

Best Secrets resort we've been to so far. My wife and I had had been eying this resort since we started planning our honeymoon 2 years ago. It wasn't in the cards for us at the time. Fast forward 2 year and we came across a killer deal on Black Friday and booked. We were blown away by our experience. The staff was incredible. The resort has done a fantastic job adhering to current COVID guidelines. I honestly felt safer there than I did back in the states.
A shout out to a select few
Planned a five day trip to Secrets Resort. Had excellent service and experiences with: Elias of Oceana Angel of El Patio Arturo and Roberto at the Baracudda Bar. All great people who made my trip that much better and allowed me to practice my Spanish as well. Had a great time and met some new friends.
This place was nothing short of amazing.
The staff was so awesome. My necklace broke while I was there and I tossed it in the trash and housekeeping fixed it and left it for me. We were struggling with luggage and out of nowhere came a staff member to carry our bags down the stairs. The food was all delicious. Our room had the most spectacular view. Leo was so great he even remembered our room number 3 days later. Memo did a great job of entertaining us. I’d love to go back.
We have been to various areas and 7 different resorts in Mexico and Secrets Puerto Los Cabos was our favorite by far. Obviously every one chooses a resort based on the type of vacation experience they are looking to have and we wanted relaxation, luxury, a beautiful resort, and excellent service ~ all areas exceeded our expectations! Due to COVID we weren't sure how the experience would compare to other years, but we felt extremely safe flying on Delta and everything at the resort was handled with guest safety a priority. All resort staff kept masks on every single second, guests were required while walking into a restaurant or while getting food in the Market Place, but otherwise guests were able make their own decision while walking the property or poolside, and obviously off once seated at the table or bar. The grounds were impeccable and absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were extremely well maintained. We were in building 8, 4th floor, ocean front room and it was incredible to watch the whales in the ocean while sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning. While the beach was "officially" unswimable due to the strong undercurrents, we were certainly able to walk for miles each way on the very comfortable sand. We did walk very close to the water and when the 2-4 foot high waves crashed onto shore we made sure we were only ankle deep! Apparently this time of year the waves are minimal in height compared to 15-20 feet high when the beach would not even be walkable due to high tide and the waves?! The MOST important aspect of the resort was the incredible service provided by EVERY SINGLE employee in every single department: Preferred Club check-in, room service, daily maid service, bartenders, waitstaff at the pools and all the restaurants, luggage carriers, grounds keepers, spa, shops, concierge, cleaning staff. Every person greeted us and when asked for something the response was ALWAYS "My Pleasure"!!! I must highlight a couple specific people who went above and beyond and were our favorites - Norberto with UVC was AMAZING, Lucas with Entertainment, Stephany (and her staff) at the preferred pool, Antonio the bartender in the preferred lounge, Patricia and Amelia in the Spa. We truly can't say enough about the superior staff throughout this Secrets resort!
Our original plans to go to Cabo were cancelled due to Covid but so happy we finally got to visit. We stayed in room 5104 which was a swim-out room and very close to the pool and restaurants. The breakfast was mediocre and had the same thing everyday but the dinners were great. We went to every restaurant; we were there for 4 nights and went to a different one every night. Oceana was our favorite, but they were all good. Since it is January, the pool was a bit too cold to swim in but it was nice sitting around the pool and sipping fruity frozen drinks. The pool at our room was perfect and may have been heated. We ordered room service one day for breakfast and it was blah.
