Everything was everything!!!
From the food to the service the staff and the entertainment! The romantic dinner was beautiful and over looked the resort and beach / mountainside, truly breathtaking! We stayed in a swim out suite and even though the butler service was closed due to COVID we couldn’t have had better service! Omar was AMAZING and seemed to be everywhere we needed him to be at exactly the right time! The ladies at the morning buffet were always the best and the the lobby bartender restocked our fav patron twice a day and would always show love. Wish i could remember everyone’s names but we can’t wait to go back!!! The rooftop bar was always a vibe also!!

I am writing this review because I would never want anyone to experience what we went through at this facility Also never considered this property. BREATHLESS MONTEGO JA. We are all essential worker on the front line since March 2020. In USA. We are travel nurses. One of our team was celebrating her 60th . We plan a well need trip. After paying 5008.00 US for a 5 night stay a suit for 3 guest so we can be comfortable and have a well needed rest and fun time. When we arrived at the facility We were given a regular room with 2 double bed. We notified the on duty ck in personnel. We paid for a suit for 3 Also charged for 3. Occupance.There We’re no roll out Cott . They told us they don’t have. We have to share bed. Mark you they charge us for a suit that sleep three. We ask to speak to the manager which never came . We arrived @1.30pm it takes almost 3hr to ck in. With no sleeping facility for a 3rd person. We were told the hotel 20% occupancy . They refused to give us a other adjence room that was available . We ask over & over to speak to a manager, which was denied. They told Us if we need another bed We have to pay 2000.00US More. One of the girl sit up in chair all nights . Next day we ck for another property and ck out. They refused to reimburse our money back Finally they say they will charge us 1000.00 penalty and give us the rest back. Guys by this we were exhausted watching out vacation distroyed. We still decided to leave and find another resort .Which we did. Please guys do not consider this property customer service is very poor. Professionalism none existed. It was a nightmare. We still had not received our $ 4000.00 back yet.
My husband and I visited the resort to celebrate his 40th Birthday. I was definitely concerned about how the trip would be during COVID, but the resort was on point with sanitation. The room was awesome with a beautiful view of the resort and bay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Vanessa DEFINITELY took care of us and ensured that hubby had a special dining surprise for his birthday breakfast, which got our trip off to a great start!!! We sought her out if she was working while we dined and she was always very attentive and friendly. Nasheika was also super pleasant and accommodating always reminding us to order as much as we wanted. There weren't as many activities during the day as we would have liked, but that was understandable with COVID. Rick James, Hashtag and the activities staff did a great job trying to ensure guests were having a good time. We did enjoy the having the ability to visit the sister resorts for additional dining options and activities. Overall it was a great opportunity to relax and celebrate hubby's birthday> We will definitely return to experience the resort post COVID when they REALLY party!
Beautiful room and people
Big shout out to Argentina and Hennessey loved them . The resort was perfect for us this was not our first time to a breathless resort but first time to jamaica . The resort was clean santization was the best I've seen not just at the resort but even in the shops and toursite when we visited Dunn's River falls . The airport was smooth there are not alot of flights so we skipped using the Vip service . We had prebooked our round-trip airport transportation with Top choice Jamaica tours there drivers were as perfect as the reviews we read so have to shout them out to everyone classy type of people . The food especially the jerk chicken was good , I love a good room so I have to say the views we had were great the pool and get together at the top was also fun . The music and entertainment was better in Jamaica . We will either return here in the summer hoping borders don't close or we will try the Secrets wild orchid which is right next door. We had no staff issues to report down to the security outside was friendly.
