Great hotel, but poor location
Very nice hotel- but not the best location The building is very nice, rooms large nicely appointed , but unless you have an ocean view, you’re looking at the parking lot.. The beach is not great, lot of seaweed. The pool is fine, the restaurant outdoors was great. Wonderful bartender Nicole- so friendly and who made me a special drink - best I’ve had.

Casa Marina will not disappoint!
Our stay at Casa Marina in Key West was outstanding. Starting with the Honors Gold Member complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room, which was beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. We ate dinner at Dorado’s, delicious, then returned the next day for oceanside cocktails. All the staff were friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Lucas at registration, thank you. This property is stunning! We love Curio Collection properties for their character, history, and charm and Casa Marina is an incredible property. The best spontaneous decision ever, we will be back!

Not worth the money
The hotel is dirty, don’t look at all like the show on photos online. The bathroom shower is so small that you can barely move your arms. The room service serve my breakfast on to go bag, the food was cold and so my hot cappuccino. The pools are very small and is not a large beach is very small location with not enough chair for all guest. People leave the towels on chair to they can seat on next day. I stay on room 292 on 2 floor ocean view room and it is actually a side view basic they lie on ocean view. This hotel is far away from 5 star and the money they charge not worth. First time visiting and never again.

A great trip!
The whole hotel experience was amazing, especially Uygar at Dorada who was handling the whole pool deck with amazing service, Tim at the front desk and so many others whose names we didn’t catch. Everyone was so hospitable it made for an even better trip. Can’t wait to come back!

Would not recommend
Unfortunately, our experience at Casa Marina did not live up to expectations. The guest service was noticeably lacking — staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the towels provided were thin, rough, and felt low quality. For the high price point, we expected a much higher standard. Overall, we felt the experience was overpriced and underwhelming. Would not recommend.
