    Great family holiday

Lovely hotel, great family holiday. The cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep it spotlessly clean. The entertainment staff are amazing, especially Gustavo. The serving staff ( especially Mary & Estela) give great service , and Nery & Karen in the pool bar , and Bety ( with the biggest smile) in the Lobby bar are fabulous bar tenders. We loved the White Party & the Rock Night entertainment. We also loved the amazing array of wildlife which wander the hotel grounds. Our 2 teens can't wait to return

Seeeaaaweeeeeed as far as he eye can sea

Don’t come if you are hoping for a nice beach experience. Seaweed is 20 feet deep and ruins the experience both visually and in the water. The resort rooms feel like a motel 6 in the US, restaurants and food are good, if you don’t mind picking around the buffets for fresh food. Waitstaff are largely indifferent to your presence, as expected at an all inclusive. We split our vacation, playa del carmen and holbox, holbox was infinitely better vibe. Take my review with a grain of salt, Mother Nature was the cause of most of my disappointment, I’m sure all beaches along the eastern coast of the yuctan are in the same boat. Recommend the northern coast of the gulf of America to avoid the seaweed.

2nd visit - Just as brilliant as the first

Stayed in June 25, not one thing I would want to change (& I am normally fussy with food & drinks!). Staff are so lovely, resort is amazing with the wildlife, pools are so warm you can float around at 9am. Drinks & food was brilliant, good choice & more importantly well cooked. Prosecco tasted so nice, cocktails made to order, frozen margaritas are the best ! Beach is lovely - they can’t help the seaweed problem but work hard to clear it each day. White party was fab, foam party was good. Can’t wait to return to paradise - treated like a valued visitor from day 1.
