Advisory The Buffet accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards. Cash is not accepted. You may also charge your Buffet experience to your guest room.
Advisory Security will be checking keys at all Wynn and Encore elevators, and only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. Upon check in, guests should confirm that all registered guests are listed on the reservation. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people. Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals.

Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Resort Fee: : A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and the resort fee is collected by the hotel at check-in.

    Absolutely Fabulous Stay

    We had not stayed at Encore for about 8 years, and while most hotels become dated in a couple of years, Encore was still in like new condition. We arrived about an hour after regular check-in time, so no line. Check-in was a breeze, quick, easy, and the desk staff are very polite and respectful. We asked for a quiet room, away from any night clubs. We were checked in and on our way to our room within a few minutes. To enter the elevator “lobby,” you must show a working room key to security. Most hotels do not do that, but as someone who cares about safety, I appreciate that Encore is considerate of the safety of their guests. (Seriously—do you get those “pizza” flyers slipped under your hotel room door at some hotels? That’s a scam, BTW, but also a sign that just anyone is allowed on the room floors. Not a good thing these days. You won’t have that safety problem at Encore.) The rooms are spacious, well appointed, very clean, and so comfortable. The hotel floor corridors are quiet, and we didn’t hear a peep during the entire week of our stay. Our room, on a high floor, faced north, very quiet. Great restful sleep! Bathrooms are spacious as well, ample space for two people getting ready for the day. Love the over-size soaking tub! And the robes. We had to call Housekeeping once for towels because we had overslept and missed housekeeping. Housekeeping was at our door with a stack of towels and washcloths within minutes!!! Valet parking is not free these days, even for hotel guests. We had a rental car, so we used valet when checking in the first day to utilize baggage claim. After that, for the rest of the week, we used the parking garage which is complimentary for hotel guests. I do wish the room safe was larger OR placed horizontal. While it will fit a 15” laptop, it has to be placed vertically with valuables and medications wedged in along side, and awkwardly held in place to close the safe door. Tricky, but it was workable. We really do like staying at Encore. We did not encounter any employees who were not polite, kind, and appeared to be happy working there. We felt like welcomed, appreciated guests.

    Fantastic Reception Staff especially Angelina and Kelly

    The Encore is our favourite hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel and rooms are beautiful.when checking out the lovely Angelina and her manager Kelly were fantastic, and provided an exceptional standard of customer service. Angelina is a fantastic asset to the Encore and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thanks again especially to Angelina and Kelly

    Lovely and caring staff. Gorgeous, clean, lively casino and restaurants. Gym was sweet. I probably would not have experienced the spa without my platinum card. Intimate Encore Theater concerts conveniently located in between the hotels near Cirque du Soleil Awakenings. This place is an absolute treat! Be sure to visit during Day/Night Beach Club season. Self parking available.

    Winners stay at the Wynn!

    Exceptional stay! Staff professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the property All the associates we encountered were eager to assist. (Alonzo in the tower suites went out his way to make our stay so memorable. He went above and beyond. The location, the room, views, the pools, spa, the fresh scent of the property , and restaurants were all fabulous!

    Theft of property from my own room. Staff should be ashamed of themselves.

    Their service staff walked out of my room with my $1100.00 earrings. Security department and Chargerback are both a joke. No one has provided my property or compensation and that is absolutely unacceptable. 0/0 stars, stay anywhere else.
