Horrible security officer
I love the Wynn. It is one of our favorite places to stay. But I will rethink that after the encounter I had with a security officer named Ian. The way, my 14-year-old grandson and I were spoken to and questioned by this man was absolutely insane. He was definitely on some kind of power trip My grandson was not allowed to go to the market downstairs alone It would’ve been easy enough for him to have told me that, but instead he took it to extreme limits As a 60-year-old woman I have never experienced an encounter with a police officer or Security guard that compares with what I experienced last night You would’ve thought that we had actually broken laws or done something illegal the way we were treated Come here 3 to 4 times a year, but we will definitely rethink where I’m staying next time

The Wynn is the best in Vegas
I have stayed at most Vegas strip hotels and the Wynn is the best. My last visit the Front desk staff recommended the tower suits upgrade. We were happy with the upgrade and thought the price was worth it. The resort itself is first class, the decor and atmosphere is the best in Vegas. We enjoy the restaurants, bars and the great service. The casino is clean and inviting. The rooms are always clean and fresh. The Wynn is expensive so you need to understand your budget. It is hard to get reservations at Delilah’s, they need to return to open seating at the bar. We usually stop and have a coffee at Urth caffe, it is a must stop. The Wynn is a great stay for couples and professionals.

They do not let u sleep in a city like Vegas.
No Rest at the Wynn – Disappointing Experience Stayed one night (July 2–3) in Room 2116. At 9:30 AM, housekeeping bangs on the door—well before the 12 PM checkout no prior warning. In a city like Vegas, where guests are up late, this lack of respect for rest is unacceptable. My sleep was disrupted, and it genuinely impacted my well-being. Wynn may look like luxury, but this experience felt careless and out of sync with guest needs.

Christmas time warning!!!!!
I have been to this hotel many times. It is a great hotel. This was the first time I went during Christmas. There are certain things that people should be aware of if you go during Christmas time. First of all, the hotel is packed. There will be long lines for everything. This was honestly the worst. An example is that the buffet had a 2 1/2 hour wait, and reservations were not accepted! When walking around the property, you are constantly bumping into people. I know Vegas can't get crowded, but this time, the crowds were really unpleasant. So be prepared. Second, a number of restaurants were closed. According to the hotel, Christmas time is when some of these restaurants close down. Again, be prepared that your favorite restaurant may be closed. Third, not all of the pools and outdoor areas are open. Winter can be chilly in Las Vegas. Therefore, the hotel decided to shut down a lot of outdoor areas. Therefore, be prepared that your favorite pool area/outdoor spot may be closed.
