Christmas time warning!!!!!
I have been to this hotel many times. It is a great hotel. This was the first time I went during Christmas. There are certain things that people should be aware of if you go during Christmas time. First of all, the hotel is packed. There will be long lines for everything. This was honestly the worst. An example is that the buffet had a 2 1/2 hour wait, and reservations were not accepted! When walking around the property, you are constantly bumping into people. I know Vegas can't get crowded, but this time, the crowds were really unpleasant. So be prepared. Second, a number of restaurants were closed. According to the hotel, Christmas time is when some of these restaurants close down. Again, be prepared that your favorite restaurant may be closed. Third, not all of the pools and outdoor areas are open. Winter can be chilly in Las Vegas. Therefore, the hotel decided to shut down a lot of outdoor areas. Therefore, be prepared that your favorite pool area/outdoor spot may be closed.

Best of the Best
Best Hotel in Vegas. I've stayed at the Cosmopolitan, Aria, Vdara, Palazzo, Bellagio, and Caesars. And when I was younger, Treasure Island, Virgin, Excalibur, Luxor, New York New York, Circus Circus. Wynn is the only hotel I´ve stayed at where I don´t feel the need to leave the hotel. The food options are amazing, the shows are great, the pool is very nice, and the atmosphere of the casino floor is vibrant and clean. I don´t know how they do it but it´s the only casino that doesn't smell like smoke even though people are smoking. It´s important to clarify that this hotel no matter the month of the year is super expensive but it´s worth it. My only negative comment is that the rooms don´t offer coffee nor water after your 2 mini bottles at check in. I just find it a bit rude to be honest. I understand that they target people who don´t have budgets in mind and would just order a $25 Fiji water bottle or a $40 coffee pitcher from room service but i mean.... really? Other than that, amazing hotel.

Nice…until I tried to sleep
Beautiful room, golf course views (26th floor), loved the iPad controls for the room & TV….but that’s where the good stuff stopped. I’m writing this at 2:45am on a Sunday night/Monday morning because the bass from the nightclub is shaking my room. It is uncomfortably LOUD. I do not recommend staying here if you are on business travel.

Disappointed n frustrated with Pices Restaurant. Not worth the hype
Worth the Hype I visited a restaurant at the Wynn expecting a top-tier experience, but it was anything but that. From start to finish, the service was shockingly poor. Not once did I get a refill on water—even after asking three times. Our waiter, the one with glasses and a beard, was not only unhelpful but downright argumentative. I ordered the spicy lobster spaghettini but simply asked for the sauce to be substituted with a white sauce instead of the red spicy one. Instead of accommodating this simple request, he argued with me, insisting I needed to order the pasta, sauce, and lobster separately. It made no sense—he made something easy way more difficult than it needed to be. Then came the bill: $656. And to top it off, I was double charged for the pasta. Absolutely unacceptable. We also ordered a lot of food and planned to take leftovers home. They bagged up some of it and threw away the vegetables without asking us. Who does that? Between the lack of basic hospitality, being overcharged, and the terrible attitude from our server, this was a complete waste of money. I expected excellence—what I got was a mess. 😡😡😡
