Wynn is the Best!!!
My husband and I checked into the Wynn on Sunday, Sept 29. Our stay is for 5 nights and checking out tomorrow. Let me start by saying we’ve stayed at MGM, Bellagio, Aria, Venetian and Mandalay Bay in the past. While these are all great hotels, Wynn has surpassed them I received an offer online which was much cheaper than any of the other resorts. Figured, what the heck, always wanted to try Wynn anyway, so we booked. I have to admit it will be very hard to stay anywhere else. Wynn is a step above the rest in accommodations, cleanliness, service. While on the pricey side, every meal we had was excellent. The pool was absolutely stunning and clean. Plush chairs and great service. Wynn on all levels was a step above the rest. Checking out tomorrow. So sad to leave. But will be back for sure. If you have a chance to stay in this elegant, classy resort, do it. You won’t regret it

Window shopping - A beautiful Casino Hotel
We were staying at a different hotel. We spent our evening going through the various hotels in the vicinity. Any new hotel needs to have a theme that can attract visitors. I think Wynn has selected floral arrangements and quality materials in the construction to impress the visitors. We did not stay or eat in this hotel, so I could not comment about them.

Like it but need improvement
For the price we paid for the room well the big pillow on the bed was sucks. No fridge for personnel use and no coffee maker. The concierge book wrong date/time for the show. Security is good but there boutiques are so expensive just hand full of people can afford it

Wynn Las Vegas needs to pay attention to the details
I recently stayed at the Wynn Resort and am writing to express my thoughts. I am 70 years old and have traveled extensively, visiting 47 countries, so I have stayed in a few hotels. I never wrote to hotel management before today. Today is your lucky day. The Wynn Resort is clearly a five star property in almost every respect. Great restaurant choices, sportsbook, golf course, shopping and services make it a high class resort. Given all that, however, it’s always the little things that can spoil a good impression. My wife and I stayed two nights at the Wynn on September 7-8 in room 2452. The room was very nice, great view of the city, but the following items made our stay less than desirable: - The first evening we were there, I checked my online folio and it showed over $200 in minibar charges when we hadn’t used anything from the minibar. We did move/remove some items from the minibar just to look before we saw the “30 second rule” disclaimer on the little card in the room. By the way, the “30 second rule” is quite ridiculous in my opinion. We visited the front desk and these erroneous charges were withdrawn with no incident. - On our second day, there was no maid service in the room. We had to go looking for someone to get clean towels. Trash cans were overflowing with no attention from housekeeping. Another little card in the room stated that clean linens would only be exchanged upon request. Nowhere did it state that no housekeeping services would be forthcoming. - The second evening we were there, I checked my online folio and this time it showed over $400 in minibar charges. I couldn’t believe what I saw! At that point, we still hadn’t used anything from the minibar. This, too, was resolved with a call to the front desk, but this is extremely annoying and not guest-friendly. - Upon checkout, I was charged $25 for “private use of minibar refrigerator”. We placed a bottle of water in the refrigerator to keep it cold. You should be embarrassed to even issue such a charge. Also, let me add a complaint about the $50 per day “resort fee”. Why isn’t this just included in the advertised price of the room? The entire trip was pre-paid (I thought), this fee should just be part of the room cost. Unfortunately, on any future visits to Las Vegas, the Wynn will not be one of our choices for lodging. This review will also be posted on Trip Advisor. Thank you for your time.
