I submitted a request to fix the toilet never got done safe got fixed that was about it. Not having any Bellman and also anytime I called guest service the people had attitude Maids were not very friendly

Family of 4 that stayed at Excalibur. The overall experience was fine. The pool was nice and the hotel/casino was good. Checked into my room on the app, but still had to stand in line because there was no QR scanner (as they advertised ) to get my key, so I had to wait, which was frustrating. Also poor instructions on how and where to park and unload luggage. The arcade in the lower area for kids charges you $2 just to get the card to load money onto for them to play games, which is dumb. I wouldn't stay here again with my family, we'll try another casino next time.

The worst room I have ever stayed in my life.
The room I stayed was right next to the elevator and it was very noisy at night. So I was not able to sleep well for 2 days. There was no view from the window. I was able to hear peoples talking all the time. I travel 180+ days a year. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in my life.

The check-in process took a long time. Three people served a lot of guests at once. The smell of cigarettes and alcohol was very Strong! They need to use a purifier or something. The rooms were ok. They have food options inside the hotel. The hotel is close to the airport.

Boring/gross
Disgusting, don’t book here unless you brought your cleaning supplies. Staff is rude and impolite, rooms don’t get freshen up before your visit so just know you’re most likely going to be in a dirty and dusty room.
