    Pleasantly surprised, would recommend!

My recent stay at Excalibur was not what I expected but in the best way. I was unsure going in due to mixed reviews but I'm glad to say we had a great experience. The location is pretty good with skywalks to both NY NY and MGM Grand and there is quick access to the trams and a deuce bus stop. The hotel is old and a little dated but our room was clean and quiet. There was one issue with the ice machine on our floor not working when we first arrived but we called down and it was fixed 10 mins later with no further issues. I found the service in all areas excellent.

    Dont stay here.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. Had bed bugs on day 2 of my trip and had to switch rooms. On day 5 at 5am there was some extremely alarm that screeched constantly for 15-20 minutes. Front desk wouldn’t pick up the phone to let me know the issue.

    Disappointed

The rooms were fine just average. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was great, friendly and helpful. However the food options are not great. My son got food poisoning from FatBurger. The buffet is over priced for not good food. The Casino was small and there are not many options for table games. Overall not a great experience.

    Great value for the price

I stayed at Excalibur Hotel for a week. For the price, it is pretty good. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the service is fine. It’s not a fancy hotel, but totally fine it gets the job done if you’re just looking for somewhere to stay without spending too much.
