Great Food and Exceptional Service.
Tres Colores Restaurant was exceptional. Oliver Morgan’s took amazing care of us. All the food was great in all of the restaurants, so to pick this one out shows you how great it was. The service was standout argyle entire resort from checking in all the way to check out. Pools were super fun and not as busy as many places we have been to in the past. Very awesome experience.

Better than expected
I must have read hundreds of reviews about this resort before we booked. We are here now on day four of five, over Thanksgiving week. So far, what has become very clear, is that people will complain about nearly anything no matter how trivial or ridiculous the complaint might be. For instance, there are so many reviews about how people had to wait an hour to be seated at a restaurant. Well, we're here during one of the busiest weeks of the year and the three of us haven't had to wait more than five or ten minutes for seating. I have seen families have to wait longer, but every single one of those families had groups of like 10-20 people all trying to be seated at once. If you have a group of 20+ people, perhaps you might want to break them up into a more reasonable size to be seated faster? I read lots of reviews saying the food was terrible. We've eaten all our meals here and we haven't had anything bad yet. It's not amazing food - this is a Hyatt property and they serve the same food you would find at any Hyatt hotel. Orlando, Kansas City, Seattle. It's all the same food. Decent, not bad, not great. However there are lots of options and it's included so if your burger isn't up to your standards maybe head to another restaurant and try at fajita? I suppose it's easier to complain on the internet. Another common complaint is the drinks and I'll admit, they're not the greatest but again it's the same poolside drinks you'd find at a Hyatt anywhere. Just basic cocktails with bottom shelf liquor. Finally another major complaint is the timeshare pitch, which if you fall for a three hour timeshare pitch that's on you. We were approached when we first checked in and we simply said "no" maybe two or three times and we've been left alone ever since. Lastly I saw a few about how the resort is dirty and run down, this is the most bizarre claim for me since there are literally staff out every morning with soap and water and a brush washing the sidewalks. The resort is spotless. Our experience here has been wonderful. The resort is quite chill, very little crazy partying and lots of families with kids just having fun. In my opinion the biggest positives are the pools, the beach, the chill vibe, and how well the resort does with kids of all ages. It's seriously fantastic. The only two cons I've seen are that not every restaurant is open every night so it's hard to plan ahead where you want to eat, at one night there was a wedding party so loud the windows in our room were shaking from the bass. However, the staff immediately shut the party down once 10pm came around so even then it's wasn't that bad. Overall I'd rate this resort a 9/10 for families. However, if you're single and a party animal you're better off going somewhere else.

A Beautiful Experience
Awesome customer service! The overall staff goes over and above taking care of the customers! So many pools and spas to choose from! What ever food you would prefer Dreams has it. Amazing views from almost every where on the resort. We will definitely consider another visit with family and friends. Very family oriented resort.

Poor customer service
When we arrived our room floor was soaked from the rain, house keeping did come up to mop it but we came back a few hours and came across the same issue. We were suppose to have a king size but there were none available so had to have 2 queens. All of the staff including the maids, servers, entertainers, bartenders etc were very friendly and nice however- we were there with a group of 60 people for a wedding and there was multiple issues between the group. When these issues were addressed the customer service was very poor and not helpful. They were rude and not willing to go out of there way to assist with these issues. Some people had reservation issues, shuttle issues and unfortunately there were multiple issues regarding the wedding which led to the bride and groom having to deal with very stressful situations during this important time. This resort is beautiful but unfortunately felt as if all they cared about was the money and had no problem ripping people off. :(

Wonderful experience at Playa Pesquero Resort
The service and the food were excellent. The beach was wonderful. It was my third visit to this resort and I will go back once or twice next year. Special thanks to Anita and Katerine at the breakfast buffet, Mabel at the El Catuco, Yaima and Miralis at the El Rancho and finally Mario at the beach.
