The resort is great. All-Inclusive is great. Excellent food, several bars, very friendly staff. There are nice pools and a beautiful beach. The on-site water park is fun too. The room is very big, and the jacuzzi tub on the balcony is a nice touch.

We love our Dreams Onyx family
This was our 4th visit to Punta Cana and our 2nd time at this resort (in the same room). Each time we come back; it feels like we are coming home. The staff is so nice and fun, and they make the trip wonderful. We stayed in the adult only section, preferred club, private plunge pool room. Zorro was our butler, and he is hands down, the nicest person! He arranged to have an anniversary banner on our door and a birthday banner on another door of a girl in our group. He made us dinner reservations each night and did so many kind things for us and our group throughout our entire stay. Angel made sure to save us chairs at the preferred pool each day with clean towels. He was so sweet, like a teddy bear. Javier, Jean, Jensy and Alejandro at the adult only preferred club pool were AMAZING! They kept the drinks flowing and we never had to wait for anything. Nelis was awesome too, although she was only there 1 or 2 days during our stay. Junior drove us around the resort on the golf cart and we had fun with him. We love talking to all the staff to learn about their families, where they live, how long they have been working here. In our eyes, they aren't just there to take care of us on vacation.....we genuinely love interacting with them. The weather during our stay was sunny and beautiful each day, until we had to check out on Saturday. I was happy it was raining. It made it a little easier to say goodbye. Our daughter has a destination wedding at Dreams Flora on Feb 1, 2025, so we are excited to be heading back to Punta Cana for our 5th time! We are anxious to visit the sister resort but plan to get a day pass to visit our Onyx "family".

Great vacation
Resort very oriented for family vacation. Room was very spacious, well maintain. Staff everywhere helpful, very friendly. Food choices at the buffet, will answer for all needs and all appetite. Al la carte restaurants, doesn't need to make reservation, service great. During the day a lot off activities for all ages. Poo area and beach clean. Recommend to go.

You will love Dreams Onyx
Room was great! Liked the layout of bathroom, shower was really large and nice, bed was super cozy. Staff at the preferred pool was AWESOME!!!! Been to many all inclusives in may countries. Would definitely go back to Dreams Onyx Punta Cana. Above average food, great layout, not too large, very comfortable. Service and staff made a huge difference! Pool and beach were just perfect!

Excellent experience!
Dreams Onyx was incredible! From the food to the staff, we could not have asked for more! Please see Alvaro at the main pool - he is amazing! Leonardo was an amazing butler! The activities for the kids were outstanding! From 10am - 9pm they always had something fun to do!
