Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

The food was amazing, the hotel was really nice, and the service was top notch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and Dania was absolutely the best. I feel like we made a friend and it was sad to leave her. We’ll definitely be back again.

Great first resort experience traveling with a toddler
Great experience overall. We went there with a 20 month toddler and it was a great experience of relaxing/chilling while taking care of her. Being with little ones you end up being on the same schedule every day but it allowed to make great connections with the staff, who were fantastic making sure we were all well taken care of, specially my little one. Special shout out to the staff at Coco Cafe (thanks for the milk and bananas), the hosts at World cafe for the patience with a crying starving toddler ahead of lunch, the person in charge of the taco stand at La Plaza, and Brian, who made sure we had anything we needed while we were at the pool.

Stunning Views and Relaxing
we booked our wedding here. I would recommend getting a preferred room if that is an option to you. our favorite restaurant was the Vista prime is amazing. the resort isn’t super huge and not to party Central but if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe and able to create your own party, it’s perfect.

Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent, with special, friendly treatment, always willing to meet all our expectations. The La Plaza restaurant was one of our favorite places, especially Enrique and Chef Gabriela, who made us feel like family. Thank you.

Food was over the top again! Great resort for adults only with preferred club access. In short here is a good summary: Food - Overall it was excellent and over the top. This is our 4th time returning and the staff continually go out of their way to go the extra mile. Beverages - Great, good selection of mid to high end spirits etc. Rooftop Pool - I give this a 1 star because they changed the lawn chairs that are in the pool. Basically, they have new plastic chairs that sit too low in the water so you are laying in standing water for the entire day. This was not hygienic for many reasons, almost all females were complaining and was a known problem to the staff. Apparently management wouldn't do anything even after all the complaints. Easy fix is to bring the lawn chairs from the main pool back up to the rooftop pool. The view and pool itself is the reason why we come back. Jessica is awesome making sure you feel welcome every morning and always goes out of her way to assist if you need anything. Room - We had a preferred club room, view is always amazing. Service - To be honest the staff is what made our stay exceptional. A few key people really did an exceptional job and were extremely helpful and just awesome people. Pool Servers - Brian, Lexi & Kendor were the best roof top pool servers. If you want exceptional service go see them during the day. 5 stars for them! Bartenders - Sergio during the day and Jose at night. They can make anything custom and always remembered our drinks (The Papi Chulo Special). It's these little things that make the experience exceptional. Bar Managers - Orlando & Bryan were amazing. Always trying to go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Five stars for them as well! Bluewater Grill Restaurant - We did this for breakfast and lunch every day and the staff are truly outstanding. We never even went to the buffet the food and service was so good on the rooftop. Edgar, David & Adam all exceptional! Restaurant Managers - Ruben, Rodrigo & David. Literally went above and beyond, check out the photos and videos of some off menu items they surprised us with. If you're an adult and want an adults only experience with a bespoke level of service I would highly recommend this resort but you need to book preferred club access or you'll be with kids and families in the main areas. -Papi Chulo
